We came here not really sure what we wanted except for 3rd row seating and a budget. Brandon walked us through multiple vehicle options, test drives, and financial options. The customer service was 100/10! We love our vehicle and the space it’s added for our family!! 100% recommend!

We are beyond happy with the purchase of our son’s first car. The process was a breeze and Brandon bent over backwards to make sure we were taken care of, even though we came in on a day he was out of the office. Service was great, the car is amazing, and our son is happy. Would definitely recommend.

I absolutely love my SUV… very easy deal EXCEPT… the title was from out of state so I got to jump through the hoops of Kansas… really made me made because that was a main reason I went through a dealer thinking they would have take. Care of the whole title thing… so I did not have to jump through extra hoops… also only got one key/remote with vehicle and was told they would get me a guys number to get another which never happened… going to Chevy dealer now…

Turns out the car I bought is a pile of junk and is a 2018 Jeep Cherokee .. I just spent $2,000 replacing most of the suspension but the car is still not acting right and making noise and vibrating so back to my mechanic I went.. the Jeep has a blown head gasket and the drive shaft needs replaced!! So yeah you made the deal quick and painless the day I bought it but my daughter has always bought all of her cars from you Brandon!! I would like to think you wouldn’t screw over the mother of your best customer but you did!! Then when I learned of the problems, btw they aren’t new either.. the mechanic told me it’s had a blown head gasket for quite some time due to the amount of old dried up antifreeze around the head and extending downward so you knew this car had problems and you wanted the sale so bad that it was ok with you even if it meant screwing me over.!!! Then I call your office and Chris answered the phone and tried to help me and when I told him I was upset and what was wrong with the car, he asked me if I purchased the service contract. I told him I wasn’t aware that you had one and I certainly don’t recall discussing one but anyway I’ve only had this car for 5 months and you need to make it right and do the right thing which is preferably take the car back and give me all of my money back so I can buy a decent car or pay 100% of the cost to fix it!! I will not stop here with this review either if one of those things don’t happen!! I’m upset and this is flat wrong and you know it!!! I’m a force to be reckoned with so I better only hear from you if your making this right!!!
