Justin was quick to respond to my inquiry about my truck. He was very professional, quick to answer questions, and made the whole process of buying the vehicle very simple and stress free! Bought a lot of cars in my life and have had pretty good experiences, but I can say one thing about this dealership as they know what they’re doing they’re fast they’re efficient and they make sure that you’re not spending your whole day trying to buy a car. Would not recommend buying a car from here unless you want to deal with shady business owners who do not provide proper documentation for the vehicle. Both Justin and Sam do not know how to operate a business, and are very rude. They take advantage of people, and when you stick up for yourself, Justin will get upset like the little boy he is and hang up on you. I would quite literally Bike cross country before I would ever purchase a car here again. Sam: Please don’t talk to anybody else. Thanks. The reason you bought the car three years ago and they don’t have any more document and it’s it going to be hard one. I don’t know why you decide to title the car after three years. So when you were dodging my calls and not answering when I was asking for updates that was you handling it? Or why is Justin telling me that he operates the place and to only speak with him? Sounds like shady business isn’t your only issue. Also, let me correct you - You guys were made aware of this situation three years ago when I tried tiling the car after I purchased the vehicle and was made aware of the situation, you guys have just failed to resolve the situation now three years later. Yikes! I’ve explained the situation multiple times to you on the phone, clearly, if you were working diligently to help, I wouldn’t have to re-explain each time I called. I bought that car when I was 19 years old and paid it off in two years all on my own - you may not care, but I deserve to have legal rights to a car a worked my tail to get. I was able to pay that car off due to the sell of my own business, which I also owned and operated all on my own. However, quite differently than the route you guys have chose, I made sure prioritize building strong relationship’s and trustworthiness - none of which you portray. I have been nice, I have been patient for years.
