I had shopped around for a vehicle for 3 weeks. A friend of mine sent me a link to one of H&H's vehicles so I messaged Daniel and set up an appointment. I test drove 3 other vehicles before getting into one that I knew from that moment I was going to buy. Daniel and the other guys at H&H were all very nice unlike the other salesmen at other car dealers. Thank you Daniel, I will recommend you to anyone that needs a car! I love my new car 💙

Be very careful when you look at your car here. They say they buy cars from another company, and offer no guarantees the repairs are any good. I test drove and SUV that had major rear end damage. The rear hatch would not open, and the vehicle frame was bent enough the hatch was not properly sealed. The frame rails were bent and parts of the actual bumper were missing under the new bumper cover. The anti-theft system had been tripped, and was causing the electronics to cut in and out. I had talked to them on the phone before driving two hours to purchase the vehicle, and was ensured everything was fixed properly. When I pointed out the problems, the asking price quickly dropped from $8,900 to $6000. Obviously these cars are cheaply and shoddily put together, and highly marked up. They probably sell some good ones, just be sure to check anything over you want to buy here.

If i could leave a negative start amount i would. NO ONE EVER BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! I purchased my vehicle two weeks ago. When we first got there he tells me it’s a rebuilt title, no big deal (wasn’t listed on the for sale ad). I asked if the airbags deployed and he told me no so we went and test drove it. Everything was fine so i purchased the vehicle. A few days later i go to use my horn and it doesn’t work. Come to find out the airbags did deploy in the accident it was it. The airbag in the steering wheel did and above the driver seat. Today i take it back to the dealership to have the horn replaced. He brings it back and everything was fine. I get not even 5 minutes away from the dealership and the transmission starts to slip. I am in the middle of rush hour traffic. If i came to a complete stop i would have to put my foot all the way down before it knocked into gear. I turn around and made it onto the exit ramp for the shop and that’s when the vehicle wouldnt accelerate even with me pressing on the gas so i coasted into a parking lot. Went to put it into reverse, no reverse. I shut the vehicle off and started it back up to see if that helped and it at least made it to where i could drive it a half mile to the dealership. The worker had the audacity to say it was doing it because it’s low on gas. I had 70 miles till E. These people do not know a single thing about vehicles. They will lie to you just to make a sale. The communication is absolutely horrible. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. Save yourself the headache, money, whatever and stay far away from this dealership. This dealer said they repaired the damages to the vehicle I bought from them but didn’t. It required almost $5000 worth of repair work in order to fix the damages they neglected to repair properly. Don’t trust them.

If I could give “ZERO” stars I would!!! Whatever you do DON’T buy a car from this place!!! Omar sold us a car and said “there is nothing mechanically wrong with the car, it’s in perfect condition. The only thing wrong is is had a fender bender and the rear bumper was replaced.” We drove it home and a couple days later the check engine light came on. We ran a test on the car and the code came back P0420 (catalytic converter bad). We called Omar back and he said “bring it back and we will replace the catalytic converter.” Mind you I recorded our conversation because I just don’t trust people and their word anymore. Glad I did, because we dropped the car off and picked it up the next day when Omar called us back and said “we replaced the catalytic converter.” Unbeknownst to him he’s on recording!!! We drove it home and a day later the check engine light came on AGAIN!! Ran the test again and what came up…… code P0420!! Same code. Called Omar back (recording the conversation) and told him the check engine light came on AGAIN and the code says P0420. Omar then tells my wife and I “we didn’t replace it I just had my guy clean it!” I reminded Omar he told us that he was “replacing the catalytic converter not cleaning it.” He then tells me he never said that. I told him that “I have you on recording and you said you were replacing the catalytic converter.” He got real quiet, real quickly. He then said “ok, I’ll get it fixed and I will pay for it.” I said ok. Omar said he would call me back with the appointment time and where to take it. He sent me a text that states “your APPOINTMENT is Tuesday at 11am with mechanics the address.” I show up at 11am and the owner of the shop (very nice guy) says “ I don’t do appointments, why would he tell you that.” I showed the owner the text, which he took a picture of and called Omar. While on speaker, Omar says to the owner “ I never told him it’s an appointment.” The owner tells Omar “I have a picture of the text you sent to the customer.” The owner was NOT happy with Omar and called him out on his lies. The owner was frustrated saying “I wish this guy would STOP selling cars to people that need work on them, get it fixed before you sell these cars to people.” DON’T BUY A CAR FROM H&H Motors in Kansas!! THEY LIE AND ARE NOT WORTH THEIR WORD!! STAY FAR AWAY!!!
