If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. This is the best dealership my husband and I have ever worked with. Everyone is so kind, understanding, they actually listen to their customers and they do any and everything they can to solve an issue! We had title issues with the vehicle we purchased, they were fast acting and did everything they could do to help us out! I will forever go here for a vehicle and recommend everyone to them! Definitely the place to buy a vehicle from!!

I bought a 2016 RAM ProMaster City from KC Auto Connection on 12/6/2025. My wife and I conducted a test drive and completed a detailed inspection using a checklist. My scan tool showed no codes, and all monitors were open. Everything looked good, and we made a deal. The problems started once I got the van home. On my first delivery run, with the temperature at 72 degrees, I discovered that the A/C system did not blow cold. (This was difficult to detect during the test drive and inspection because it was only 36 degrees outside at the time.) A few days later, the serpentine belt came off. I took the van to a service center in Topeka where they determined that the belt tensioner pulley needed to be replaced, the A/C system had no refrigerant, and both the high- and low-pressure A/C lines needed replacement. The A/C lines were saturated with dye near the evaporator core. The estimated repair cost was $1,850. (The liquid line alone is a $600 OEM part.) I ended up hauling the van to my brother in central Missouri. He is a RAM mechanic and was able to complete the repairs for significantly less. In total, I trailered the van to central Missouri and back, spent $180 on diesel fuel, $800 on parts and labor, and $30 on diagnostics. I benefited in this case from owning the equipment necessary to transport the vehicle and having a family member qualified to repair it. However, if you need a reliable vehicle, I would not recommend buying from KC Auto Connection unless you take the vehicle to a mechanic you trust for a thorough pre-purchase inspection. I feel that you can make a good car deal at this dealership if you have money, do your research and negotiate. But you can also buy an expensive and time consuming headache.

Poor attitude. Insults you when you make an offer they dont like for a car that has been for sale for 5 months. They will come on here and say the offer wasnt realistic. Blah blah blah. The asking price isnt realistic or it wouldn't sit for 5 months. You can definitely tell which businesses want to earn your money and which dont. Sometimes people like to make smart comments and then play dumb when called out.
