Jackie and Bryan were extremely helpful in my search for a new Subaru. They were 100% transparent about pricing, not pushy, and answered all of my questions. They also let me look underneath the vehicle while it was on a lift to ensure there weren’t any issues. (I am a tech). I will absolutely be going through Subaru of Olathe from here on out. After looking at a couple other local dealerships, I knew Subaru of Olathe was different! 🤩 Walking in there after all the haggling and texts and calls from the other dealerships, this felt like a breath of fresh air. I worked with Austin and could not have had a better experience with her. Super straight forward, EASY, beautiful and comfortable waiting areas. I test drove Saturday and planned to return Monday morning to complete paperwork and I wish I had driven it away that very day! Drove off today after getting my picture taken by Austin and immediately had to write a review! I would (and have in the last 2 days since going) recommend to anyone looking for an stress-free car shopping experience!

I went to this location expecting to spend over 1k on fixing my alignment as a different dealer had provided that estimate as the bolds were rusted and they would need to cut into the frame. Subaru Olathe was able to fix my alignment, rotate the tires, and perform a multi-point inspection for $190. They got the rusted bolts off by applying heat. I left a very happy customer! The service advisor Craig Morfeld was very friendly and a thanks to the mechanic (didn't get a name) for being able to fix my car's alignment for far cheaper than the other dealers estimate.

Was car shopping with my son a week before the holiday. Found a car we liked and the experience was going well. My sales rep was Austin and she was very nice. Their holiday hours were different and we had made arrangements for me to come in the day after the fourth for a test drive and to make sure everything checked out before we purchased. I even spoke to Austin and confirmed my appointment the day of. I get a call on my way to the dealership stating that the car had sold. This was after they had sent me two emails confirming my appointment and how much they were looking forward to seeing us. Very disappointed in the communication and lack of loyalty/keeping their word. Needless to say, we will not be doing business with them, and I have let all my friends and neighbors know about their lack of integrity. Terrible way to treat customers.
