Best service experience ever! I will never take my car anywhere else. My son has lived overseas 14 years and stored his 2006 Honda Accord in my garage, but he turned it over to me recently. I met with the Service Manager, Jordan Darby, at Honda of Olathe to see what needed to be done to make it roadworthy again. He was very pleasant and helpful. He created a great list and quoted prices. I scheduled this work with David Ricketts in the service area. David was outstanding, giving me all the details of the work to be done and checking every little thing on the car to be sure it was in top-notch condition and safe to drive. When it was completed, he went over all of the details carefully. The service area was very clean and well organized. The prices were even great. I had checked with an independent service and their prices were higher for everything. I can't say enough good things about David Ricketts, Jordan Darby and Honda of Olathe!

After a wreck, I was eager to find a car. Having been a Honda owner for more than 20 years, my first inquiry was to Honda of Olathe, although I had not worked with this dealership before. Nick Umholtz reached out to me to come see the inventory. He explained that he might be in a meeting, but that Rob Weiner could help show me the available cars. Rob was very helpful, initially giving me more information about a used CR-V and allowing me to test drive it. Over the course of the next 4 days, I called upon Rob several times to answer more questions. No matter how busy he was, he made a point to ensure my questions were addressed, including returning a voicemail in the evening. Eventually I turned my focus to new cars, although the inventory was limited in what I wanted. Rob assured me they would find something from my wish list. Sure enough, by the 3rd day, my preferred car became available. Even though Rob was supposed to be off that day, he was there and guided me with the financing forms, ensuring that I could obtain a car during the requested time frame. On the 4th day, Rob walked through all the features of the ,car, agreeing to personalize my settings and connect my phone to my car. He helped finalize paperwork and be sure I understood everything before I drove off. He stressed that I should call or come in with any questions that arise. Rob was so friendly, personable, kind and informed! I would highly recommend him and am grateful for the care and respect he showed me.
