Bought a gently used 2025 Audi SQ6 etron from Molle and highly recommend to ask for Malik from the VW dealership at Molle! He is newer but that’s what’s unique about him. He talks to you like a human, produced all of the pre sales artifacts I asked for before going to the dealership and even bought me dinner since the process took a long time to buy. Wasn’t his fault but he wanted to ensure I was satisfied. He wants to build relationships with his clients. Would buy again from him! Finance Manager was also great to work with. Easy to work with and personable. Be prepared for the dance with the Sales Management team during negotiations but they got me what I asked for so appreciate their willingness to work with me. I’m not always the easiest to work with since I do a lot of research before buying but they all were willing to work with me.

Service department is top notch, I drive an extra 30 miles to go here and avoid Lee's summit VW. The team at Molle always makes the extra drive worth it! They take care of what I need quickly, always talk to me about any extra recommendations, and work around my schedule. I appreciate that they respect my time, and my appointment is always honored as well as their willingness to help me when I'm in a pinch.

I had the very best experience at Molle. Sam Aubrey was a professional at listening to my wants and needs in a car. When my car arrived he went above and beyond in trying to teach me how to operate all the great features. My previous car was not "smart" at all. I hope to not need another car for many years but when I do I will go to Molle first. I brag about them to friends and family!

I've been a customer of Molle Toyota for several years and currently have three cars serviced there. Dealerships are always a more expensive option for service but they have taken care of me and do a good job only recommending services that I need. I'm willing to pay a bit more for honesty and they never disappoint. If you are in the market for a vehicle, buy a Toyota. If you need it serviced I suggest trying Molle.

Went to check out vehicles and gather some options. At first the sales man was friendly and accommodating. I made it clear I was just window shopping. After test driving and checking out some options the salesman changed and got an attitude. Trying to pressure me into filling out paperwork and providing my vin number for my trade in when I didn’t want to. He pressured me into it saying that’s the only way they could account for my trade in value and give me the out the door price. Then when I reiterated I wasn’t signing today suddenly they couldn’t provide those numbers even though that is why they pressured me for my vin number. I ended up buying elsewhere because of this whole interaction.
