Let’s talk about my experience so far. Amazing car! Granted the next day after purchase I needed a battery, they replaced it no problem. Let’s go to now, I’m about 6 months into having my car. No major problems. I had a payment arrangement for the first time. I needed another one due to me working at a school and it being closed for spring break. Only needed it for ONE DAY. The lady told me “you can’t get a payment arrangement every payment” as if I have been doing nothing but requesting payment arrangements. Then told me my car would be turned off. MOST car places work with people. LIFE HAPPENS. & if you look at someone’s payment history and they are an on time payer there should some type of grace. No matter if it’s once or twice in a row. Again I only needed an extension for ONE DAY. After I pay this car off, I definitely would not be back to purchase another car from here. Take this review for what you will.

I have a 520 credit, not great but I just canceled 4 of my credit cards a year ago and the 1 I kept is still current and paid down, so I get that I am a work in progress! HOWEVER... THIS PLACE ADVERTISED CREDIT PROBLEM IS NOT A PROBLEM(AKA)... AND I HAVE NEVER HAD A BANKRUPTCY, I PAY MY BILLS AND I HAVE A EXCELLENT JOB, I figure REALLY thank YOU after all... I am just going to take my big down payment and pay CASH on a RELIABLE VEHICLE, AND THAT WORKS FOR ME, SO NVMD .. but in case you have a similar situation, don't waste your time and effort

Unfortunately, Missouri does not have laws against what was done to me.. After signing the paperwork, was informed the vehicle was returned multiple times.. Within three days of me having it, it stopped on me while my family was with me. $2000 down I lost, Return the car within three days and was told I have gap insurance.. It should be criminal what was done.. now my credit will be hit with a voluntary repo, For a vehicle I only had for three days. Stopped on me twice while my family was with me.. dangerous..

I paid off 2 cars from here. I'm going to keep it short but, Eric were very rude, never would I finance another car from there again.
