The staff was very professional, friendly, and took the time to answer all my questions without rushing me. They were honest about the cars and helped me find exactly what I was looking for.

I purchased a vehicle from them recently, despite some of the reviews, they fixed the issues I was having and made good on their word. They are trying, like everyone else to get by. I am grateful 🙏 that they were able to provide me and my family with a nice vehicle. Thank you, you guys are the best 💯

Bought a service van for my company a year ago. Has had no issues with it . With my budget , ali the salesman recommended me a 2007 ford e-350. And I thank him for it. They have good cars and even better prices .

This was one of the worst car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. I was sold a complete lemon. The car broke down after being driven for less than 40 minutes which clearly shows the condition it was in at the time of sale. When I contacted the seller and asked him to fix the vehicle, he refused outright and offered zero support, zero accountability and zero solutions. His behavior made it clear that once the money changed hands, he didn’t care what happened next. There was absolutely no transparency about the condition of the car, and major issues were clearly hidden or intentionally not disclosed. Selling a car that breaks down almost immediately and then refusing to help is dishonest and unethical. This seller cannot be trusted. I strongly warn others to stay far away unless you want to waste your money, time, and energy dealing with a broken vehicle and an uncooperative seller.

I would give it a zero if it was an option! I had read the reviews on this dealership and they were mostly positive with reports of immediate contact etc. Sot I contacted this dealer through directly and CarGurus with the response of someone will reach out shortly and never heard back. I finally called on Tuesday Jan 13 2026 and was told "sorry we sold the car yesterday" mind you I had been trying to get information since January 8th. When I talked to the dealer the first thing he said was "you realize this is a manual transmission" Of course I did. That is what I wanted and this car was exactly what I was looking for. Since it was "gone" I looked elsewhere and low and behold I found the same care on Facebook marketplace now listed for sale in Overland Park by a person with the same last name as the person from the dealership. So I immediately reached out to the person from the dealersip and He first said "he still has it listed?" . When I sent him a piture of the listing and the person He then proceeds to tell me the car had a gas leak and he couldn't sell it to me so thats why he said it was sold. He then said I could come look at it but not test drive it. It is hard enough looking for a reliable used car on a budget and being a woman doesn't help (sorry but you know its true) These deceptive practices are ridiculous. So beware. I'm finding it harder and harder to get honest answers from people!
