K&C Budget Lot has been very good to my spouse and me over the years. My spouse has purchased several vehicles from them, and my stepdaughter currently has a car through them as well. We were recently involved in a car accident that was not our fault, and the entire process of dealing with insurance companies was an absolute nightmare. Throughout that stressful time, Charles, Misty, and the office staff were responsive, supportive, and helpful while we worked through everything. They helped us get into another vehicle even before everything was finalized with the insurance companies, which took a tremendous amount of stress off our shoulders. This is my first time having my name on a loan through them, but I have been working with them for several years. I am usually the one who calls in payments, makes sure insurance information is updated, and handles those details for my spouse’s account. I know some reviews may paint them in a negative light, and yes, there are strong personalities in the office. However, if you can work with direct, straightforward people, they truly are great to deal with. The staff has always been pleasant to talk to and work with. Charles genuinely cares about his customers, but he also values honesty, respect, and not having his time wasted. If you are honest and straightforward with him, he appreciates that more than anything. I would absolutely recommend K&C Budget Lot to anyone looking for a vehicle.

We had an amazing experience! From the moment we walked in, everyone was welcoming, patient, and genuinely wanted to help us. They worked hard to get us approved and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. One thing that really stood out was the play area for the kids. It kept them entertained while we handled the paperwork, and the staff was incredibly understanding and kind about our whole crew being there. We never felt rushed or like our kids were a bother. So Eric made test driving the car I wanted super easy, and Misty is a whiz at the paper work! In and out in no time. Clean lot and cars, with a great variety and n lots of choices! I was There Last Week While Looking For a Car and a man in The Building Maced a little Boy and his Dad because I was Told That their Car Was Illegally Repossessed And They Came To get Their Belongings. I Ended Up leaving and Not moving Forwa d With Purchasing Not Something I would Like to Be Involved With- Looks as Though I Got a reply Today and this Company Is Truly full of it. What I witnessed was very Accurate and As Stated before I wouldn’t Involve myself With A company that Doesn’t know how to do business! Just that simple. Do better!

Owner is an absolute jerk. Cant talk above a whisper or your yelling at him and will not answer questions directly. Told my son because his girlfriend (who does not live with him) was unlicensed he would not be able to sell my son a car. When questioned he said we were raising our voices and asked us to leave his lot. The only answer he would give was that he answered the question. Also charged late fees on a pay off, not a payment but a PAYOFF, so amount told iver the phone was higher. Signs all over saying they do not accep cash, but when trying to make payoff with card, owner told us we had to go get cash. Cars on his website are not even on the lot, so bait and switch happens. Would not recommend this place save my life. Good luck if you choose to go here.
