I had a terrible experience with them. I financed a Kia Soul from them back in December of 2025. By April of 2026 my car had several issues that needed repair. While under warranty I sent my car to them to be repaired so I could get back to work (Uber) until I started my job later in the month. Upon calling to get my car back they refused to release it due to an outstanding balance of 200+ dollars plus my regular weekly car payment which was 309 plus the fee as well. I was told that if I paid my past due balance and bring my balance current then I'd be able to pick my car up... Well that proved to be false because after I paid they said no you have to pay your full balance which totaled 600 late fees. To which I told them that I didn't have the money because they had my car which I used to earn income to pay them their money. So for about 3 weeks I scrounged to get as much money as I could up to pay my car. Fees kept piling up which put me in a bind of 1000+ after the whole ordeal was over. They kept my car from me for over a month and urged me to pay. I was met with rudeness, lies and Sarcasm when trying to work out payment arrangements to keep my car from going on my credit report. I urge anyone to stay away from this shady business!

If you like lemon cars, this is your place. I know times can be desperate but please consider going somewhere that at least give you a running car. And if you live in Kansas, expect your tax to at least be $2,500. Have a good day if you know you know

Terrible customer service. Nothing about this establishment is professional. When you hold them accountable, they will harass you, and do anything possible to give you a hard time. Save your self the hassle. None of the reviews on the website are real. Also just FYI its a law the you have 20 days past your due date to pay your car payment before they can reposes your car. They cant stand when you know the law which is why they locked me out of my account. Also I have recordings of customers complaining about this car dealership. I have my lawyer on standby just in case they illegally tow my vehicle.
