Very happy with my purchase, and it’s been reliable. Angel in service always very professional, and gets you in if there is something going on , or you need an oil change. Great team led by John. Autobank is truly a great place to get a car from! Not only do they have a great variety to choose from, the vehicles are affordable, reliable, and dependable! The process is easy and a great fit for anyone. I have to say the customer service is excellent especially coming from John and Mario! Lemon Bank is the name. Selling lines is there game. !! Cars last for 2 weeks and then you’re stuck with debt and money trying to fix it. And then they will blame you. How do people sleep at night doing that ! This place will have you in debt in 3 weeks. It’s sad. I’m telling the whole world about this place. I spoke with the mayor and the news. Yes we will be doing a story really soon. So heads up !!

I see everyone's reviews that has gotten bad service with this dealership and I can relate to majority of them I bout my Chrysler last month on the 13th the 7th day of me having the car the transmission service light came on tried to take it to the dealer ship and get my money back they told me they had to see the issue first before doing anything which I was fine with scheduled ingredients a appointment to get it fixed but they weren't trying to work with us by getting us another car or some type of reliable transportation while they work on it then one of the works in the office tried to say he'll just have them turn the light off and it'll be fine so we took it to Chrysler where the car was made and they told me that the car is way worse than the service transmission light being on they don't have a care in there hearts to help anyone that's going through things outside of trying to figure out a soultion for transportation it seemed good when I bought the car until I actually got the car then when you get service you have no choice but to drop your car off no later than 11am when they close at 5pm and I work 5am til 4 or sometimes 5 so does my husband so that interferes with both of our jobs then how are we able to pay anything, then they won't me to pay for the expenses when the car was in bad condition before I even bought it I pray I would've looked at the reviews before coming here then when we came to the office the guy tha sold us the car which is Hispanic pretended he couldn't speak english and his name is Mario I am 25 years old and they think just because I'm young they can get over me and I don't know anything about car but I know enough to know that's they sold me a shady car
