I recently purchased a car from JJ’s Auto, and I can honestly say my experience has been really great. From the beginning, they made sure I was driving away in something I felt comfortable in and that would last me. They’re willing to work with you on pricing and genuinely try to help. Joe and Jay (jay who is also the owner) truly care about people and want to make sure you’re taken care of. If something happens with your car, they do their best to fix it and make it right. Mike, the mechanic working on my car, is out there every day putting in the work. He’s very kind and explains things in a way that’s easy to understand — not just “mechanic language.” Steven, the detailer, makes sure the cars are spotless and really takes pride in his work. It’s a busy shop, but Joe does an amazing job multitasking. I watched him help five different people and families at once without leaving anyone hanging. If you have kids with you, they even have a cute little white cat in the shop, and Joe will hand you a red laser so your kids can play with it and stay entertained while you’re there. It’s small touches like that that show they care. They answer calls, and on the rare occasion they miss one, they always call back. Overall, they really want to make sure your car is running smoothly and that you’re truly satisfied. They take pride in their customers and stand by their word. If you’re looking for a used car, I’d definitely recommend checking out JJ’s Auto. They went out of their way for me, and I saw them do the same for many others. Their word is their bond and they do everything they can to honor that code.

The guy Joe at this place, is very informative and good with his knowledge of the business side for cars, even though I was unable to be approved, because of my previous situations, I would recommend JJ's Auto to anybody looking for a vehicle.

I will never buy a car from this place again I bought a 2013 Chevy traverse in June to say the least I’ve had issues with this car since June I’ve called Joe several times about this car because he’s the one that sold me the card I’ve taken my car to the shop on 40 highway several times where they’ve had my car for days at a time took my car to a master mechanic. The master mechanic said that my transmission on my car is going out, called them and told them that the transmission on this car is going out. They came back to my car to the shop on 40 highway gave me my car back and told me that there was nothing wrong with my car still having issues with my car to say the least I am highly disappointed because Joe knows I’m a single mother and I feel very taken advantage of. I’ve bought plenty of cars from this particular location and never had an issue. Never had a problem with any of the cars try to get this situation rectified for months with no resolution. I’ve reached out to Joe several times with no callback no text no nothing. I’m stuck with a car that can barely make it up the street took the car back to the master mechanic not only is the transmission about to die, but now the engine is going out so basically I have been screwed over not only by this car lot but now I’m out of a carI
