Huge thanks to Dr. Powersports and manager Aaron Clayton for getting my quad fixed on such short notice! They went above and beyond to get me in and taken care of quickly and professionally. This is what true customer service looks like — I couldn’t be more grateful!

Just bought a motorcycle from here and had a great experience. Dave is super friendly and helpful. The bike was used but in excellent condition and sold it to me for a good price. Being a woman who rides sometimes you worry about sellers assuming you don’t know what you’re doing but that’s absolutely not the case here! They let me hop on and test ride right away and happily answered any questions I had. Highly recommend!

Zach and Dave in sales were easy to work with and get me into my new bike. Had a minor issue with bike setup but DR. PowerSports made it right on the spot and Aaron followed up with me on the phone - thanks!. It was a great experience and it's a nice bike. Highly recommend DR. PowerSports!

Call a Doctor cause this place is in dire need of rehabilitation! I walked in fully prepared to discuss MXZ vs Back Country and order two (with accessories) for this upcoming season. The blatant lack of customer service is shocking… picture the complete opposite of a car dealership. Not a single person said “Hi” or asked if I needed anything. It’s almost as if they don’t want you there. I walked around clearly looking at the SkiDoos, even tried on bibs and again, not a word was uttered in my direction. I’m not sure why I’m shocked—two older customers were sitting by the front door when I pulled in and asked me, “are you the sales guy?” So they were obviously waiting as well—for how long, I’m not sure. Alas, I’ll take my business to a more local dealership from where I snowmobile. I’m not a fan but I at least get the bare minimum there. And if ownerships response is “our sales guy was out” or something of the like, then retrain your staff. There was a guy sitting at his desk near the front door the entire time… sitting on his cell phone… not a single word. You can’t afford to have any extra staff if you don’t sell inventory. Get back to the basics. But hey, they had a nice full inventory… I wonder why? (Worthy of 2 stars)

Dropped my ski off for annual service. They committed to having it done by a certain date/time because I was coming from out of town. I showed up to pick it up and they didn’t do anything to it besides download software on my depth finder. No one called to give me a heads up it wouldn’t be done. They didn’t attempt to resolve anything just tried to charge me an hour of labor still for downloading software on the depth finder. They didn’t know where my ski was when I showed up. When they found the ski they then couldn’t find the gps. Manager didn’t attempt to resolve anything. Customer service was horrible. I would strongly advise against taking any equipment in there.
