Just purchased a car from CarMax. Turns out there were a few things that needed some adjustments. Parts were ordered, took the car in and the problems were taken care of in a timely and professional manner

We did some research and found what we were looking for at CarMax. As long as you know going in that they aren't going to negotiate any prices you'll be fine. We knew what we wanted and found our price through research. We paid the delivery fee for the vehicle and tested it when it arrived: all was in order l. Carmax's inspection was accurate. Our salesperson Andrew acted professionally and courteously to facilitate the sale and make us aware of any optional add ons available. The finance staff was a little bit in a hurry as they wanted us to sign for the vehicle before we even got to test drive it after it was delivered. Probably not their fault. And one financial staff got agitated when I asked about "documentation fees" and the law requiring that it be posted in the store that they are not required by law. A little thing like that made it a less than stellar experience, as we were treated like fellow human beings until that point. Yet all in all we are very happy with the experience.
