To start off, I actually did my homework prior to purchasing a vehicle, unlike others who most likely dont. Period. But I am blown away by how easy and quick it was to go from test drive to in my driveway. I am not going to lie, life happened and I was in need of some reliable yet cost effective wheels. Gold Key Auto in Davenport did just that! Not only did I make sure the vehicle I got would be easy to find parts, work on, and historically (WHEN TAKEN CARE OF BY THE OWNER CORRECTLY) be low in cost on regular maintenance; I also wanted something that would be...different from the rest of the crowd. Again.. Gold Key Auto in Davenport did that! So to make this full circle, when you are in a tough time in life and NEED reliable wheels, do your homework and get a car from Gold Key!

DO. NOT. GO. HERE!!! If you value your hard earned money I recommend not coming here. They sell nothing but lemons. Prey on the younger men and women because they’re easier to fool then by the time you catch onto their rigged vehicles..lemon law not admissible and you and your credit are already tied too deep into it. They know EXACTLY what they’re doing. Please save yourself some time, a whole lot of money and inevitable BAD CREDIT that they love to pin on everyone. Shame on these people!!!

This is the worst dealership in the QC!! I should’ve seen the since when the first car I got broke down soon as I pulled off the lot, they do not properly check they cars before they sell them. I ended up getting a different car after the first one broke down, and ever since I got the second one it’s always been something wrong with it, I recently went up there and they told me nothing was wrong with it my car, and soon as I pulled off it over heated, now it needs a new motor, which they been “fixing” for almost a month now, they don’t give me no real updates on my car. I already lost one job because of my car breaking down. The service people have terrible customer service and they don’t check anything on the car thoroughly and properly before they sell them, DO NOT GO HERE!!

If I could give no stars I absolutely would. The absolute worst expirence I've had in purchasing a vehicle. Non stop issues with the car. Everyone there runs you around in circles on why the car can't be repaired. When asking "jay" to talk to a manager regarding my account it was "nothing goes past me". The absolute worst customer service Ive ever experienced. I would not recommend these people to anybody. Dealer fraud at its FINEST. I've had nothing but problems and headaches the last 5 months.
