Lindsey Jennings and Gerod Meier are the absolute best people to work with!! Lindsey called me because I signed up on there page about being interested in a new vehicle. I had told her how I applied for a loan at my bank and got denied. Life of a single mom and no co-signer. I was so very upset and she knew it. She talked me down and assured me she was there to help. She was so nice that I ended up going to byrider to meet her. She ended up showing me 3 vehicles that I could actually afford! Gerod also helped me with the paperwork process of getting a vehicle. I ended up driving home the same day with a 2017 Dodge Journey!!! My new vehicle is running great, has enough room to fit my family including my 108lbs german shepherd! I think one of the best parts was when I was taking things out of my old jeep to put into my new Journey Gerod started playing catch with my son!! That ment the world to me and he doesn't even know what kind of impact it made to my child! I will be forever grateful to both Lindsey and Gerod. This was not my original dealership but I just want to thank Jenny the district manager for helping me out with my account at the South Des Moines location. I was a customer for almost 8 years and was dealing with financial issues.
