Recently, my wife and I bought a truck from Dan. The experience was friendly, smooth and professional. They let us test drive the truck on our own and never felt pressured during the entire process. Dan answered all my questions via phone when I first inquired about the truck, and he was easy to talk with throughout the buying process. I felt as though he gave us a great deal on the truck and we were in and out within a couple hours which was nice. They also do body work at this location, and I feel comfortable bringing in my truck if and when it may need some work done. I would come back in the future for another vehicle and plan on coming back when the truck will be needing new tires as well!

My husband had always wanted a Toyota pickup. I saw one on Carfax at a dealership in CR, so went to look at it. Wasn’t exactly what he wanted, so we decided to think about it over the weekend. Meanwhile, I saw the 2017 Tacoma at Budget advertised. Reached out to Dan to see if it was still on the lot. Yes. Stopped in an took it for a test drive and looked it over. It was more what my husband wanted. Joann was our salesperson. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. Did some negotiating (Dan was involved by phone…not there in person) and my husband drove away in our ‘new to us’ pickup. We are very satisfied customers. Highly recommend.

This is my first time in Cedar Rapids and I needed a rental car... And the airport didn't have anything! I came over here and the staff was great with helping me get sorted out and very kind. JoAnn is the MVP! I was a little frazzled, but she made everything better. I'd highly recommend getting your rental here and not worrying about airport shenanigans!

I’ve rented and had body work done at Budget before and had nothing but a great experience. I knew my next car would be purchased from them when the time came. They ended up having the exact car I wanted on the sale lot. Dan was very helpful through the whole process!
