Billion Auto - Chevrolet GMC of Iowa City

Blandon was very helpful and found me something within my ranges of make, model, trim, engine, years, and mileage. He also put in the effort to get me a couple of desired add ons. The sales process was hassle and pressure free, and trade-in value was reasonable. Everyone involved was pleasant, communication was smooth, and it didn't take too long, either, once we found the right used truck. I had a very good buying experience at Billion Auto in Iowa City.

I walked into Billion Auto expecting the usual “car dealership experience”… you know, stress, confusion, and someone trying to sell me a car and my own wallet back to me. Instead, I got Ali Rashid — and honestly, I’m still trying to figure out if he’s a salesman or just a genuinely solid human who accidentally ended up in the car business. From the jump, Ali was laid-back, real, and actually listened (which is rare… like spotting a unicorn changing oil). I pointed out a few things I wanted fixed, and instead of hitting me with the classic “we’ll see what we can do,” he basically said, “Say less,” and made it happen. No runaround, no weird dealership magic tricks—just straight-up handled it. Dude went above and beyond so much I half expected him to throw in a free tank of gas, a handshake, and life advice. The whole process felt smooth, stress-free, and dare I say… enjoyable? Yeah, I said it. If you’re pulling up to Billion Auto, ask for Ali. He’ll take care of you like you’re family… but the good kind of family, not the ones that borrow money and disappear. 10/10 — would buy another car just to work with him again 😎

I had a really great experience here buying my used SUV. Christian was pretty helpful and open to letting me browse until I found what a vehicle that had all I wanted. And the team worked with me well to make it a happy purchase! Would recommend them to anyone

This was a very hectic and stressful, but successful purchase. My basic needs were met. They didn’t know hardly anything about the car i was buying (the salesman didn’t know how to even start it) but i got what I was looking for in the end. I’ve added wheels, tires, and tint to make her look better lol

We needed a certified Chevrolet dealer for service work. They fixed the repair and did a fine job. Communication was lacking and we were very disappointed with that. We paid nil and requested the keys to be left inside car so that we could pick it up after hours as we lived 45 minutes away. Billion assured us they would do that. Upon arrival, no keys left in car and no one to contact to have someone get the keys for us. Drive back home disappointed. Billion did make it right by delivering our car 2 days later. I recommend calling a couple times to assure any details you need are clear. So that at least 2 people are aware of details and have it correct.
