We had an excellent experience purchasing a new vehicle from Shawn at Warehouse Auto. Once Shawn learned that I lived 2 hours away he didn't hesitate to provide me whatever information I wanted about the vehicle including additional pictures, video and reports so that I was confident in the vehicle's condition before driving that distance to see it in person and ultimately purchase it. The vehicle was at a very good price point, and they gave me a good and fair value for my trade in. You can definitely tell the difference between a family run, no pressure and honest business like Warehouse Auto and a run of the mill "typical" dealership experience. I would highly recommend this business to others looking for their next vehicle!

We had a great experience purchasing our new to us Toyota Sienna AWD Hybrid. Danny was helpful in explaining all our options and so patient with me having to bring my toddlers with me. The little toy area in the office is perfect for impatient kids! Danny made the purchase process so easy!

We had a pleasant, enjoyable experience purchasing a car from here. Warehouse Auto is efficient, friendly, and up front - all the things you want in a car dealer. Our previous two vehicle purchases were from a large dealer in Cedar Rapids; and it was a very frustrating process, with multiple, repeated attempts to upsell us on add-ons we didn't want and didn't need. Warehouse Auto, by contrast, did exactly as they said they would when we visited a month prior - they did not try to sell any add-ons beyond offering a factory type warranty. I expect we will return the next time we need a vehicle.

Shawn & Katie at Warehouse Auto took excellent care of us! They're kind, communicative, knowledgeable and professional every step of the way. We drove 100 miles each way to buy a car and it was well worth the trip.

I will never buy from here or recommend this place again! First of all, I felt pressured to buy when I wasn't one hundred percent sure or committed to buying. Next, I brought up issues that I saw with the car and they completely brushed them off, so I asked again and they said they'd ask their third party mechanic. Of course "their mechanic said it was fine." The issues were that the window was very slow to roll up and at one point didn't want to roll up at all, and the breaks seemed worn out. On top of all of that, the batteries in the key fob were dead, and the wiper blades needed replaced, so I had to do that as soon as I got home. Surprise surprise, not long after getting it home, the window got stuck down when it was freezing cold outside (I purchased it in January) and I had to get the motor replaced on one side and a different part on the other side. Around the same time this happened, the breaks went out and I had to have them replaced; a complete and total replacement. Then shortly after that, the car completely died on me and I had to get a new battery; hadn't even had it a month. Since then, I frequently have issues with the car not wanting to start, and then stalling out once I've gotten it started and drove it a few miles. On top of that, I literally gently scraped my neighbor's car because she parked way too close, and her vehicle didn't even have a scratch on it whereas my entire bumper just fell off. I'm really upset and disappointed, because this was my first car, and I paid an entire year's salary for it, and it's complete trash. I've put thousands and thousands of dollars into it just for it to not be a reliable vehicle. Do better Warehouse Auto!
