Haven't been there yet making an appointment to come in tomorrow the car that I'm looking at look pretty nice because of all the negative comments I'm not sure how much money I will put down but their ad says $78 a month but due to my credit along with their APR I should be at 120 something a month depending on how flexible and how accommodating they are I understand you get what you pay for never buy a used car in not test drive it never buy a used car in not expect to put at least 600 into it it's a beautiful thing when you get a car and you don't have to put no work into it my question to you guys leaving negative comments did you check your oil? Did you test drive it? Did you do Diagnostic testing? Did you have a mechanic look at it? Did you have the car looked at outside of their entity since their mechanics are only going to look out for the interests of their business you need to get a second opinion last but not least Iowa has the lemon law so if any of these issues occurred with in 30 days or 2 years and the issues can cause bodily harm or death along with other variables as long as it's new or least you may have grounds to sue or get your money back or they have to fix whatever's wrong with it by law along with victimized restitution Case by case results May very

They were willing to go above and beyond to help me get into the car I really wanted, I’m more than happy with the car and it’s had no issues what so ever, will highly consider buying another car from Best Buy Auto and you should too!

Leaving one star because it is the lowest I can go. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. This business is a complete scam. Sold us a vehicle with "all maintenance done over the years" and "runs exceptional". Even the car fax said so (the car fax they provided us). A few weeks later, head gasket blows and it can't drive. We called the auto shops that were on the car fax where all the "maintenance" was done that Micheal said he took the car to. They all said they recommended the maintenance, but never actually worked on it even though the car fax that was provided by Best Buy Auto said the maintenance was done by them. Some said they even noticed the damaged head gasket and recommended to fix it. That didn't stop this dealership from selling this "perfectly running" vehicle to us. Best Buy Auto did nothing and said nothing when we brought this issue up. Please do not buy from here. If you look through the other reviews, you can see many similar experiences.

Crazy how you places get buy selling ppl junk vehicles. Make things sound good until we make a payment or buy straight out. Leave the lot then BOOM something goes wrong. I had a few go to you guy’s and they was scared to leave a comment. Well I’m not I’ll tell it like it is….Dont Buy From the ppl if you guys don’t have money to be throwing away. Thanks 🙏🏽me later.
