Our experience with CALEB COX, by phone and in person, was awesome. Working with the finance manager was a very smooth part of our purchase. Very happy with my vehicle and with how friendly everyone was that we came in contact with. Thank you for our pleasant experience.
Purchased a car from out of state. The sales team (Noel & Smile) went above and beyond to make sure that I understood the car I was buying. Vehicle history, pictures, videos, and inspection/service. Kudos to DeFouw's team.
Great experience! Met Ben via texting, then in person, after finding my car via search. Great guy - showed me all I needed to know about my new BMW electronics, the flaws (before I left home for the dealership), and how to enjoy my new car. Bailey in Finance was great too! Scored a great interest rate and had a FANTASTIC experience. Great car, great price, great staff, awesome dealership!
Great experience as always. We have dealt with DeFouw BMW for years and have always come away very happy. We will continue to use them for our automotive needs. Great seeing Matt, the sales manager and Ben our sales associate as well as Bailey our finance guy. Great people to work with.
We had an amazing experience with Garrett, Jeremy, and Dan. Garrett was a wonderful salesmen and was able to meet our needs without being overwhelmed. He was wonderful at going above and beyond for us as well! Jeremy was a friendly face and was fun to watch him and Garrett collaborate on what they could do for us! Lastly Dan made the financial side a breeze he was quick and explained everything throughly so that we really understood our choices. We would and have already recommended these people to our family and friends and look forward to future business! Thank you.
