Got a new 2026 X3 M50 here. This dealership is outstanding. Coming from someone who has bought nearly 10 cars in 5 years. Cameron did an outstanding job. Every single step of the process he made me feel like they were catering everything to me. They did not even negotiate my asking price for what I was selling. They made the experience a very luxury experience. Other dealers in the area, that I was shopping actually made me feel like they were doing me a favor by selling me one of their cars. One dealer actually responded to my very literal service complaint with “that is an issue but since our cars are so reliable you won’t be needing our service (which is shit)”. For service (ceramic coating, and oil change) they provided me very nice loaner cars. They picked up my car from work, no inconvenience to me. They even brought me a $160,000 loaner! I know a German luxury car losses a lot of value but that’s not why I bought it. I bought it for this: the experience and the way I am treated.

I had a really great experience working with Robert R. on my custom BMW X6 M60i. I ordered the car while living in Miami, even though the dealership was in Lafayette, so everything was done out of state and it honestly could not have gone smoother. We handled the entire process remotely, which made everything incredibly easy. Robert was easy to communicate with, always responsive, and kept me updated throughout the entire build process. He also gave me an amazing deal on a brand new custom car, which I truly appreciated. At no point did I feel pressured or talked into anything, it genuinely felt like I was talking to a friend who had my best interest in mind. Robert and his team made the entire process seamless and helped coordinate shipping without any issues. The car arrived in pristine condition, exactly as expected. Overall, the dealership was organized, professional, and a pleasure to work with. The whole experience was straightforward and stress-free. BMW of Lafayette is a smaller but classy and well-run BMW dealer. I got a phenomenal deal and everyone I interacted with here was courteous and, most importantly, honest and transparent. Many dealers will play games, hide fees, and refuse to play ball. That was not the case here. If you're considering a BMW, I would recommend BMW of Lafayette without hesitation.

My wife and I recently purchased a new X5 from BMW of Lafayette. This dealership and their team are clearly 5-STAR. This was the best car buying experience we've ever had. We worked with Ben Mullikin as our sales representative and Bailey Brouillette as our Business Manager. We cannot say enough about how easy they made the pre-sales and post-sales process work.
