Went to many dealerships in the Lafayette area and this is the best one hands down! This was the best vehicle buying experience. I requested an out the door price before I arrived and they honored their price. I visited more than one Kia dealership that gave me an OTD worksheet then changed the amount on me once I had arrived. Everyone at Bob Rohrman Kia was friendly and I will definitely be a returning customer. I drove over an hour and a half one way and would gladly do it again. Josh Austin is a man of his word and has gone above and beyond my expectations.
Cheston was the gentleman we got to work with. We went in not ready to purchase unless a certain criteria was met. I think that's the right way to car shop. Cheston was super cool, calm, and was willing to go back and forth with us and the finance team. We got a more than fair trade in value, more than fair discount, and more than willing finance guy to get our payment to what it HAD to be. We were fully prepared to not buy that day, but they made it work and we love Cheston and this location. Great experience. We had our baby with us, which made it more difficult but awesome experience. We love the 2022 Sorento with 27k miles on it!
