Absolutely awesome dealership they treated me with the utmost respect. They were very kind and courteous. They answered all my questions they let me test drive as many cars as I wanted without acting annoyed. The staff were very respectful they were going above and beyond in their treatment and communication was superb. Even after my purchase they continued to have the same energy when having the car at ziebart in Lafayette they stayed on top of letting me know about the progress while I was waiting by the way ziebart of Lafayette did an amazing job. Also big shout out to Will he did an amazing job.

I bought a 2018 toyota camry from here last week and brittanie is AMAZING! they all are incredible in customer service and they make sure your needs are met. i’ve always been terrified of making big purchases especially at dealerships because girls my age get taken advantage of a ton!! brittanie made me feel so safe in the process of buying my car! 1000/10 recommend!!

We had a wonderful experience at Rohrman Honda! Jeremiah helped us find our new Pilot. He was quick with communication and went above and beyond by going in to work on his scheduled day off to help us. Nate explained the financial details clearly and was a great help to us as well. We are very happy with our experience and with our new vehicle!

Jeremy did a wonderful job at providing info on the car, details of all its qualities, and showed a great understanding of all the steps of acquiring a new vehicle! He was kind, grateful, and bent over backwards to get us a great deal, especially since we had bought 7 new cars at Rohrman’s. He was by far the best salesperson we have experienced!!

I wish I had a better experience, but unfortunately I can’t recommend this dealership based on what I’ve gone through. I purchased a vehicle in March with around 114,000 miles on it. Before buying it, I was told by the salesperson that the dealership’s mechanics had inspected the vehicle and that everything was fine. However, I later discovered the vehicle had an oil leak that was already present when it was sold to me. That was extremely disappointing after being reassured that the vehicle had been checked over. Because of issues with the paperwork and registration process, I wasn’t even able to register the vehicle until May. Since purchasing it, I’ve only put about 8,000 miles on it, and I’ve already had to deal with major mechanical problems that have made the vehicle unreliable. On top of that, communication has been extremely frustrating. I’ve called the sales department multiple times and rarely get an answer. I’ve also had difficulty getting through to the service department, making it even harder to get updates or assistance when I needed it. I also want to mention that if the dealership responds to this review with the standard automated message directing me to customer care, I’ve already tried calling that number. Every time I’ve called, it has gone straight to voicemail, and the voicemail box has been full, so I haven’t been able to leave a message or receive any help through that channel. I understand that I purchased a used vehicle and that no used car is perfect. However, when you spend thousands of dollars on a vehicle, you expect it to last longer than a few months before experiencing serious issues. This entire experience has been incredibly stressful. I encourage anyone considering buying a vehicle here to have the vehicle independently inspected before purchasing, carefully review the warranty, and ask plenty of questions. Based on my experience, I would not purchase another vehicle from this dealership.
