Sagamore Pkwy S, Lafayette, IN 47905What do customers say about Bob Rohrman Auto Group?
Very professional, my KIA inspection and oil change took less than 25 minutes. Comfortable seating, professionalism atmosphere, customer service was informative with amenities offered; coffee, water, juice. No complaints
I am very happy! Oscar was a very good Salesman. He went above and beyond to make sure i was good. I got a chance to finally look at luxury vehicles. Most Car places try to put you in program cars. I had a great pick of great cars. The Managers both were good also!!!! I had a ball talking and getting the royal treatment.
Pedro and Lester were personable and professional. Helpful and got me in a ride I was in need of. Thank you guys!
They Sales Associates and the Finance Team really take the time to listen to your needs. Second time I have bought a great car from this Auto Group!
Unprofessional behavior.... I was discussion about the vehicle with Bob Rohrman Honda staff for atleast last 4 days, when they found vehicle to be available for test drive, I choose to go there with my family for test drive. When I reached there and started discussion price, I found that the listed price I was looking at on their website and other website (including on Cargurus) was a their MISTAKE. Actual price was about $ 2.5k higher than the listed price. Worst thing was, the staff DID NOT have any REGRET for the mistake and waste of my 3 hours of back and forth drive to see the vehicle. How come they find the mistake when they sit for the deal? Only makeup they did was, they corrected price while I was sitting there and shown me higher price.
