My experience was amazing I worked with Carmen she was patient and very helpful. I couldn’t make my mind up and she worked with me to make sure I walked away happy. She even stayed 2 hours after closing to make sure I was happy.

Walked into Rightway after being disappointed with another car lot company and even though my credit isn’t the greatest and I do have a repo(returned car) Kyle took time to make sure he helped me find a vehicle that I desperately needed. Got a good down payment and the vehicle I was approved for exceeded my expectations. Dave and Kyle took time to make sure I liked everything about my new car before leaving and made sure to go above and beyond to make sure I left with a reliable vehicle and it’s soo cute

Hello, Evening. I'm in the process of fixing My credit & I just need something cheaper & reliable for A while & the website doesn't has any prices listed, So, I contacted the agent to ask what's the cheapest car that they have in at the moment, The sales agent stated that the information for the cars are in His computer, He's sitting at His desk Yet, He wasn't able to notify me of A price for the cheapest car & stated that He must run My credit information. I learned from Andy Mohr A few years ago to not just allow dealerships to keep running My credit information, because those are hard inquiries & I had to wait months for My credit to become better. I don't understand why all car lots just doesn't list the actual vehicle price. The agent could've at least given me an estimated, Yet, He just kept saying that I had to come in person & that they specifically would have to run My credit information. I catch numerous of buses & My credit has just become better. Thank God & I understand that I have better credit to look forward to. I'm no longer allowing car dealerships to keep getting over on me after what happened A few years ago. Thank you. Not having car prices listed & you not able to notify potential customers makes us hesitant to actually want to do business with you all. Thank you. Best Regards.
