I just want to reach out and share my experience. I called the dealership wanting some information in regards to purchasing a vehicle, what the requirements were and how the process would go, Upon calling I would get connected through to the service desk where I talked with a lovely representative named Cassie. After she greeted me, she got me transferred over to the correct Department for sales To which the call Did not go through. I got back to her and we tried to get transferred over a couple more times. After a few failed attempts, Cassie was able to assist me. She spoke with me about everything required, gauged my interests as far as what I’m looking for, and genuinely seemed interested in helping me. Her patience in answering all of my questions makes me want to make my purchase with this dealership, but the lack of communication with the correct department makes me question whether it would be a good idea I do highly recommend any interactions with Cassie, she was a great person to speak with, and was very well versed in the knowledge that she provided.

Today I got a flat tire while I was leaving my work and I just happened to be right next to PLS Auto. I didn't know how to change a tire so I pulled up and went in to ask if someone could help me from there. They went and talked to someone and after a bit someone came out and took my car back and put the spare on for me. I asked them how much because I wanted to be fair since I took time out of their day, but they would not take anything. I just wanted to let people know how kind they were to me when I was definitely having an emotional time. Thank you for doing a kind thing and I truly appreciate it.

Jerron was extremely nice and helpful. He had me approved and signing paperwork in less than an hour!

Dont bother. If you wanna get stuck with pls auto in 38th street Indianapolis Indiana go ahead. At first they will always try to give you a quick car that has so many issues just to threat of putting you in a repossession just like that rude lady from the service department did to me on 07/02/26. Less than a year I bought a Kia Sorento 214 from them, 3 months later the engine blows in the middle of the highway with me i brought the car to them ask them to change it they told me that they cannot do that, also if can allow them to fix it which i did they took almost 5 weeks to fixed it. While leaving the parking lot with the car the engine light comes back on after they told they put another engine in it, 3 to 4 months later the transmission blows with me while going to work Been 5 weeks they still have the in their lot while i spent $2700 in these 2 separate scenario, that woman from the service department threatened to put it as a repossession if i leave the car. This place is terrible. Their service department and their GM has serious customer service issues. My car I haven't even had 1 year yet has a blown head gasket and they are trying their best to scream "driver neglect" John the GM personally approved an outside auto shop to repair failing cooling components before the head gasket blew stating I neglected the car and drove it while it overheated, that sounds so dumb how else would a person know the car will overheat unless it is driven correct? Also your claims of neglect are bogus because you approved a repair sounds to me like I tried to fix the problem don't you think? Then their collection team specifically Anibal is TERRIBLE a bunch of money hungry air heads that shouldn't be in business. I have a bankruptcy open and their legal team failed to adhere to the courts and filing the claim they needed in order to be paid in which their GM John used it against me and claimed they need payment before they try to work with me on fixing my car, which is completely BOGUS because your own legal team is stopping you from being paid not me ! They are a bunch of cowards here, ducking and dodging their customers and I have been a customer for 3 years, now they have my vehicle sitting on their lot and wanting to give me a hard time by even retrieving the car back into my possession completely illegal practices right? I've hit PLS in every direction I have the attorney general and private counsel climbing all over these crooks ! I hope you guys make this right because as of now in the eyes of the law you are COOKED!
