Awesome service! Best place to go for a car! They really are honest with you about the vehicles they have! I will definitely be going back to get a car for my daughter in a few years! Very good priced as well. Overall I love this place more then I can explain. You have to check them out if you're looking g for a car because you won't be disappointed!

I went to the Honest Abe on S. Madison. Mr. Allen was very helpful and worked with me to get me into a new car. They were very polite and got me in and out. This is also my second vehicle I’ve gotten from them. You also have Ms. Tammy very professional and sweet woman. They made this process less complicated and quick. Team work make the dream work! Thanks guys!

I WARN AND REPEAT TO EVERYONE…. Please listen up!!! DO NOT GO HERE… they will sell you a piece of junk. They tell you they gone work with you and make a lot sound good but definitely plays in faces REAL BAD. LISTEN….. I just put down soo much money on a SUV there and the same day I drove off the lot the engine check light came on I went to get a oil change, I find out it’s a oil leak. I just took it to my mechanic shop and they told me the engine light is because the Cadillac converter clogged both of these are VERY EXPENSIVE things to fix. I went to tell this place and they are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Not trying to work with me, he laughed in my face and said I’m fully responsible for everything so this was and is a lose lose situation for me. Don’t want it happening to you all. If I could not give a star I would.

Where should I start? How about where they repossessed my car for being 3 days late on a payment, refused to allow me 4 days to receive my check and make a double payment to catch up and bring the account back to even. After the repossession 3 days later my clutch that had never had any issues for the year I’ve had the vehicle suddenly goes out, a $1750 repair that I was told “that’s between you and the repo man” I’m fully aware that as is means as is but given the fact they had zero interest in even saying they were sorry for the damages they caused shows the character of the individuals responsible. Fast forward to this weekend, I received a text, not a phone call but a text from a random number I’ve never seen before claiming to be honest Abe and demanding proof of my insurance which is currently valid and up to date on payments, the message came in at 6:43 stating I had until 6 pm to respond or face further fees, make that make sense 43 minutes after your self imposed deadline I get the text. I wake up Sunday morning and my vehicle is gone, repossessed again due to lack of insurance. A mistake on their part that could have been easily resolved by calling myself or my wife’s phone which they have both numbers on file however they decided to come steal the vehicle from my residence. One phone call and I could have shown them I have my insurance paid and valid, this morning Monday February 9th I called at 9 am to get this all straightened up and was informed that by their records my insurance was canceled January 13th which isn’t valid at all but even if it was when I called to make my payment on January 30th not a word was even mentioned about my insurance which could have been taken care of at that point as well. However they wait almost a full week later and illegally come take the vehicle and here it is 1pm and they still have no explanation for what can be done to fix this problem and act is if they won’t be giving my car back without paying a fraudulent repo fee. Save your money and don’t waste your time, the cars are good vehicles but the business practices are a joke

This has to be the worst one out of all the honest abe. Went into to look for an car. Went inside because the door of the car was locked. When i went in was ask didnt i just buy that car the car that i came with at that time and start talking about payments before i even check out the car.i told them the car was locked but said the car should be unlocked so i just walked out. Whats does me coming in an car with new plates got to do anything with me coming to the place and checking out an car. Worried about the wrong thing. The westside on washington is the best one
