He’s responded to my excessive emails after the purchase and provided me with the documentation I’ve requested. The car is great, had a couple minor issues that needed addressing, but nothing major. I would buy here again!

As someone who has over 10 years of customer service and sales experience, my experience with 2EZ Auto Sales was top ranked. Yaz and Steve (pictured) were beyond helpful. I purchased a beautiful 2011 BMW X5 35i. I have been ALL OVER Indianapolis looking at vehicles. When i first came to look at the vehicle, there was an issue with the heater not working. IMMEDIATELY, Yaz said he would fix it and wouldn’t even let me drive the vehicle until they did. Steve called me later that day to let me know that it was fixed and ready for a test drive. I came the next morning and the vehicle checked out. So, I pulled the trigger. Steve was flexible with down payment options since USAA wouldn’t cover the total amount which was unexpected. I still love USAA by the way. To keep a long story short, I’d recommend 2EZ Auto Sales to ANY ONE looking for a quality pre-owned vehicle with a no hassle buying experience. Oh and I forgot to mention that all their vehicles come with a 90 day ASC warranty!!! Great job 2EZ Auto Sales. Bravo!!!

I bought a Honda Ridgeline from here and loved it until I took it for an oil change. While Steve told me the cars were inspected prior to purchase, there was oil everywhere and an oil leak that when my mechanic took me in to see, I was appalled by. A day later, my engine light came on. The car needed over $3000 in repairs and the warranty 2EZ offered only covered $700, so I was still paying $2700. Buying a used car means you are going to have to fix some things, but if the car was inspected, then it should've been known that $3000 worth of parts needed to be fully replaced at the time of purchase. I will never buy a car from here again and would not recommend going here. I listened to the good reviews when picking a place to buy my car, and I am telling you now- it's not worth it to be the one person with a bad experience. Go elsewhere. The people here ARE friendly, and they ARE easy to work with. Their cars are not worth your money, though.

Don't take the chance or you could end up like me. I feel obligated to warn others about my experience with 2EZ Auto Sales. At first, everything seemed great. Steve and Mo were extremely eager to work with us and quick to “problem solve” anything that came up so we could buy the car the same day. That should have been my first red flag. After a test drive and inspection report by their onsite mechanic, we purchased the vehicle on 2/22/2026 for around $7,000, and were told a platinum warranty would be included as an extra incentive. Less than 7 weeks later (4/8/2026), the car broke down — after only 518 miles driven. Fast forward to today (4/22/2026): after nearly 3 weeks of constant calling, leaving a prior review, and spending hours dealing with the warranty company, I finally got a response from Steve… only to be told he refuses to help with anything. Shortly after, he blocked my number. The situation gets worse: - The “platinum” warranty barely covers anything related to the actual failure. - It doesn’t even fully cover towing. - The inspection revealed multiple serious issues, including engine timing problems, oil pressure concerns, and transmission faults. - A transmission cooler line had already failed, causing fluid loss and making the car undrivable. The mechanic’s official stance? “Best we can do” is attempt repairs — but they believe the vehicle likely needs both a new engine AND transmission, meaning the car is essentially not worth saving. So to summarize: ✔ Sold quickly with heavy pressure ✔ Warranty used as a selling tool ❌ Vehicle failed almost immediately ❌ Warranty doesn’t meaningfully help ❌ Dealer refuses responsibility ❌ Communication cut off completely I understand used cars come with risk — but this goes beyond that. This feels like being rushed into a sale with a false sense of security, only to be left completely on your own when things go wrong. Please be careful if you’re considering buying from here. Get an independent inspection BEFORE purchasing, and don’t rely on verbal promises about warranties. I wish I had.
