My husband and I drove almost two hours to look at this car place and we were about to walk away with the exact car my husband wanted ! The staff was very nice and professional. And they were able to get us everything we wanted plus more. I would recommend this place to everyone ! They are awesome :)

This review is years behind. But years ago I walked into the dealership to look at some vehicles. Only to walk in and see a guy on the phone, look at me and say $3k down. No greeting. No "I'll be with you in a minute" nothing. I walked clean out of there to purchase/lease 3 vehicles with Fort Wayne Nissan. I'm surprised they're still open..

Very Dishonest. Unreputable. And Unprofessional business! Do NOT trust the owner (Luis Hernandez) or anyone from this dealership. Very bad customer service with vehicles that will leave you stranded months down the road or even sooner.. Fair warning:⚠️‼️ STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS LOT.. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP..

Stop!!!!!::::: You dont want to buy anything here!! I made the biggest mistake of my life when I bought my car from here!!! They have kind and friendly salespeople that are easy to work with but this company is the most dishonest company I know of. I was told that the car was in great condition and that there was nothing wrong with it except for the few scratches and a dent but that was definitely not true!! I've had it for 3 weeks now and have already spent over 3,000 dollars in repairs. It's been nothing but a nightmare and they make absolutely no effort to make it right. I'm telling you they are dishonest and don't deserve your business.

I Bought a car here a while ago. the price was $5000, I put $500 down and test drove it, it was fine. On the first day I brought home, it broke down. I Returned it and let them keep it. They agreed and kept $500 too. Now 7 months later I got a message through the mail saying that I now have too pay $7000 for the car I don't have and that broke down on the first drive home. What the heck.
