I bought a vehicle from them back in December and all was great. Well the last 4 weeks I haven't been able to drive my vehicle and my husband is a mechanic and couldn't figure out the issue. So I was able to talk with the receptionist (she's so sweet) and the owner Chris and he was very understanding and worked with us to be able to drive home another vehicle next day! If you want great customer service, clean environment, understanding, care, and so much more... this is the place!!

I had a very disappointing experience at this dealership and would not recommend it to anyone. When I first went to look at a car I was interested in with my stepdad, no one came out to help us or even acknowledge us. We were left on our own the entire time to find and look over the vehicle without any assistance or information. After my stepdad inspected the car, we decided that if the price was right, I would move forward with purchasing it. Things only got worse after the purchase. When I took the title to the BMV to get the car registered and plated, I was told that the title had not been signed off by the second lien holder. Because of that, I couldn’t register or legally plate my car. I had to take time out of my day to go back to the dealership, where they told me they would fix the issue. I then waited an entire week without hearing a single update. After getting frustrated, I called them myself, only to be told they had to file for a new title and it would take another 1–2 weeks. This was extremely stressful because my temporary plate was about to expire and I rely on my car to get to work. They told me they would issue a new temporary plate, which they did—but only for 22 days. Just a few days later, they called saying the new title had arrived and I could come pick it up, but that I needed to bring the temporary plate back. I explained that I would return it once I was actually able to register and plate the car, since I couldn’t do that without the title and needed valid tags in the meantime. I was told that was fine. However, when I arrived to pick up the title, the front desk employee questioned me about not bringing the temporary plate back and implied I was told otherwise. I had to explain again that I was instructed to return it after getting my permanent plates. It was frustrating to be questioned over something that was clearly their mistake in the first place. Keep in mind, I paid for this car in full with cash the day I bought it. The title belongs to me, and I should not have had to deal with this level of hassle and disorganization. Overall, I am beyond dissatisfied with this dealership. The lack of customer service, poor communication, and failure to ensure proper documentation before selling a vehicle is unacceptable. It feels like they are only interested in making a quick sale and not taking responsibility afterward. I will never purchase from them again and strongly recommend others look elsewhere.

We were going to check out a vehicle on their lot and I was told by whomever answered the phone that they would be willing to negotiate on price if we paid cash. While we get all the way there and they were not willing to budge at all on the price. Waste of our time. The car we were looking at was not worth the price they were asking.
