Optimus Auto Sales

The owner was very rude when me and my grandfather came to look at some vehicles. I wanted to text drive and get the car checked out and he told me because of that, he felt like I wasn't going to buy and dismissed us. Very uncalled for. We are not the type to just buy a car outright if it has not been checked out.My grandfather was NOT rude because he was being honest about how filthy one of your vehicles was that you are selling. Water stain marks and cigarettes holes ALL over seats. We were not interested in that vehicle. That is not rude, just an honest remark. Again you were unprofessional and rude for no reason.

We did NOT purchase a vehicle. I just warn you to do your due diligence because we found most of these cars to have frame damage and the gentleman's response was "if you go to a dealership this car would be 15 grand".. and walked away. They had higher end cars that we did look at so this may not be all cars. We just found problematic issues just looking at all the cars under 10k.

If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They listed a vehicle as mechanically good, I purchased it and within a week it wouldn’t start anymore. They refused to help me. They sold me a warranty that doesn’t cover anything, I contacted the warranty company for help and was informed that they don’t cover preexisting issues so I referred myself back to the dealer to be told that I bought the car as is and they can’t help me. So now I’m out of 5k for a car that won’t even start. GERMAN HERNANDEZ SELLS LEMONS. Please share this post.

DO NOT GO HERE! If I could take away Stars I would. These people will rip you off in a heartbeat. They don't fix their cars before they sell them like they say that they do. I bought a van from them and 3 weeks later I found out it needed $3800.00 worth of work, when my radiator starting falling out, because part of the frame was rusted out! They tried to remedy the situation, because it is illegal to sell a car with frame damage, by replacing it with another car that I drove for 2 weeks before I had to pay over $1000.00 for repairs to that car. Update over a month from original post and I'm still having problems with this car. A YEAR LATER MY CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS STILL ON. I CANNOT FIND ANYONE WHO WILL LET ME TRADE THIS IN BECAUSE OF THE PROBLEMS. They did help me when I was in a pinch, HOWEVER the car spent 2 months in the shop before I could even drive it.

Went there to purchase a vehicle. Found one I liked. Had to work with the bank as they have no finance. He told me I had to put money down until I heard from the bank so that he knew I was seriously going to the bank. He said if it didn't work it was ok. When the bank bank didn't approve he kept $200 dollars and wouldn't return it. Saying he had lost at day of sales, however we couldn't come in because he had his shop closed and was in Michigan. Has yet to make things right.
