I had a Wonderful experience working with Nate and Todd at Point Auto! I came with an idea of what I wanted; they were able to help put me in EXACTLY what I wanted and needed! They made sure the minivan I was purchasing had two new tires, new struts, and was detailed 👌 before I drove it home. Let me tell you, It drives like a dream! And I got a great price for my trade-in. 😉 They were kind, helpful, trustworthy, honest, and respectful. I would absolutely recommend working with them! 10/10

Todd and Nate were amazing. Very friendly and customer driven. Their customer service was on Point! Had a couple of fixes needed on my new purchase and they made it right! Todd and Nate were excellent. The buying experience was straight forward and easy. Pricing is excellent and the cars are quality. Communication was straight forward without pressure. I went to about 2 dozen places looking for a vehicle and ended up here because of the price, quality of the cars, and I felt I could trust these guys. Highly recommend.

Gf bought a jeep cash price the sale was fast at the day of the test drive the jeep was good told them about stuff it needed fix and they fix it. We took it home and within two days check engine came on and something on the front lower part of the car (suspension) is craking like broken metal. Be honest with customers if this was an issue before be upfront and tell us.. since it was cash price there no waranty anymore if we spend that much amount could of been upfront with us or give us a 30 day warranty.. i trusted the sales person he was friendly and kind about the sale but having this issue could of be honest with us. Im 65% happy with this dealership.
