Lori is very unprofessional and I will be seeking legal help she was very disrespectful for me being concerned about my vehicle and hostile they been giving me the run around my vehicle had had nothing but problems since I left off the lot car broke down the next day literally they sell junk and do not buy anything from them at all!!!! All staff is very unprofessional wish it was a way to give zero stars because it was a horrible experience!

If I could give you ZERO stars I would! Luckily I have never had to purchase a vehicle from a buy here pay here entity but I have a family member who unfortunately has. She put money down and accepted your high prices and ONLY 4 DAYS LATER her vehicle broke down and had to be towed! Repairs have something to do with cylinders and conveniently aren't "covered" under your warranty. I understand these are used vehicles but come on, you sold a car to someone that you had to know had issues, they drove it not even a week and you offer absolutely zero help but you still want your payment even though she hasn't driven it for a few days. I'm sorry but you offer pathetically awful customer service!! I would never recommend anyone coming to you!

Purchased a vehicle from them. Needed repairs when I got it.That still have not been made because the part still hasn't come in. I called to see about getting payment deferred.Because I have some things going on.And i'm told that they can't do that.And that this is somehow helping me still by doubling up my payments for the next few weeks. That literally does not help me that just pushes my things out even further. So that other bills I have to pay are going to be taken away from because I have a very tight budget. But you know, that was still helping me somehow...lol. absolutely insane to me that you cannot defer a payment.Any other place that I purchased a vehicle from can do that, But you guys can't?
