Drove in about an an hour and half away. Sold my car, CarMax had the best offer by far to sell to them. Did all paper work online beforehand. Once i arrived the process was very quick, signed some physical paperwork for the title transfer, think we were done within 20 minutes, walked out with check in hand. Will definitely consider CarMax when i am in the market for a newer vehicle next time.

Logan and the team at CarMax Fort Wayne went above and beyond. I purchased a vehicle transferred in from the Murfreesboro, TN location and, after getting home to Toledo, found a couple of minor issues I hadn't caught at pickup. Logan handled it with zero hassle — he told me to take the car to my local Audi dealer, send him the estimate, and CarMax would cover it. Within five minutes of emailing the estimate, he had contacted the dealer and paid directly. My local Audi service team was actually impressed by how CarMax handled the whole thing. If you're considering a CarMax purchase, ask for Logan. Outstanding service from start to finish.

Years ago, I realized that paying a bit more for convenience and assurance was the way to go. Need broccoli? Buy pre-chopped. Want your clothes to last? Buy the mid-range name brand. Want a great car without the icky feeling of being swindled? Use CarMax. When I tell you CarMax is the only way I'll buy cars from now on, I am 1,000% serious, people. This is the way my generation wants to buy cars. They turned what is normally an excruciatingly gross experience (especially for this female, minority with no negotiating skills) into a really exciting and comfortable one. 5 stars! All the thumbs up! 10 out of 10 for sure! Oh, yeah, and the car is great!
