Used them to rent a Uhaul and they could not have been more accommodating. Had issues with the original truck I reserved (no fault of theirs) and they went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. If you need to rent from Uhaul you won't go wrong letting Auto House of Ft Wayne handle it. Easily 5 stars!

Mike and Alex are awesome would reccomend coming here to anyone! Affordable and reasonable prices on vehicles. Even if they don't have what you're looking for on the lot they'll track down what you're looking for in specific and get it there for you. I rarely leave negative reviews, especially because my name is attached to them, but I was genuinely disappointed with my experience here. The salesperson I worked with was one of the least professional people I’ve dealt with. He repeatedly failed to return calls or keep me updated. He told me he would see what he could work out, then completely ghosted me. When I finally got him on the phone, all he said was, “We’re not interested.” I had to keep asking questions just to get any explanation. What bothered me most was that there wasn’t even a conversation. If more money down was needed, a co-signer was required, or there were other options, none of that was discussed. I was willing to work with them and could have put more money down, but I was never given the chance. Instead, I was met with a rude attitude and poor communication. I completely understand that not every deal can be approved, and I have no issue being told “no.” My issue is with the way I was treated. Customer service and communication matter, and based on my experience, I would not recommend this dealership.
