Green on Dirksen

I recently purchased a 2026 Hyundai Elantra Hybrid Limited from Green Hyundai, and I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase and the overall experience. The culture of the Green Family stores, Adam Bauser, who is the salesperson I worked with, and Josh in the finance department, were wonderful. Everyone I spoke to was friendly, professional, helpful, honest and respectful. They don't insult your intelligence by trying to do a "hard sell" to convince you to buy things you don't want or feel you need, they gave me an honest assessment of my trade in and explained how they reached the number they offered, and were very quick and efficient. Adam was so refreshingly honest when I first walked in and he told me that he may not be able to answer some very specific questions I had about options, but that he would find the answer for me, which is exactly what he did. I love the car and I appreciated that Adam reached out to me after the sale to reassure me that I can reach out to him if I have any questions or concerns going forward. I've dealt with their service department before because I had a pre-owned Elantra that I had serviced there, and I definitely recommend them.

Salesman Joseph (Jo-Jo) was amazing. I traveled from the St. Louis Metroplex (Venice, IL) to make this purchase. He was very communicative and responsive to my calls and messages, before and after my purchase. I bought the vehicle as-is. It had a few things wrong with it; replaced battery, drive belt and tensioner. After which, diagnostic was all clear. I’m grateful for the salesman’s service. Just wish the battery, drive belt and tensioner were replaced before the purchase. Manager agreed to refund me the battery purchase, so, all in all, I would definitely recommend Green Hyundai to family and friends… Paris J-

My husband finally decided to trade in his ride to get something nice to drive! Quin set us right up. He made the process very easy and pain-free. Jordan and finance whipped right through the paperwork while we enjoyed some small talk. This is the third vehicle we have bought through Green, and would do it again! Hopefully not for a while, lol. Great experience!

Gaige Vincent and Dustin Engleman were very helpful. In and out in less than an hour. Popped my tire and they made sure I got taken care of. Gentleman at the front desk was very helpful too going over my tire warranty. Glad I purchased that when I bought my car

I can not say enough about Jojo. He was terrific, he was able to answer all of my questions, and he is fantastic to work with. He was able to get me to where I wanted to be with a new vehicle and a price I could afford. I also want to thank Chris and Jordan for all their help throughout the process.
