Keith was understanding and worked well with me to get me what I wanted on the trade in and repairs on the truck I got from him. Even gave me a 500 mile powertrain warranty to ease my mind. Not many people out here like him nowadays in the car industry 💪🏾

This was our 3rd purchase from Auto Mall of Springfield! Keith was very quick to respond to our questions and concerns ! While buying an suv I mentioned exact vehicle I was looking for! Bam! He popped it up on his screen! All paperwork was done via email! And my 2020 Jaguar f-pace was delivered to our door on Sunday evening! Day after signing paperwork! They dropped off the new car and loaded and took my trade in! We will ALWAYS check them out first! And it’s always the last stop! Thank you to all who made my dream car a reality!!!

We bought our SUV from them in February and drove 3 hours for the vehicle — a 2018 Ford Expedition Max. It is now June, and we still have not received our registration/title paperwork or permanent plates. We have contacted the dealership and title department numerous times by phone and email and were repeatedly told we would receive a callback. We were also told our plates had been sent out, but we still have not received them. The registration/plate fees were already paid at the time of purchase. We are now left with an SUV we legally cannot drive because the temporary plate has expired.

They sold an older Corvette to a friend, and when the transmission failed under warranty approximately eight months ago, we returned the vehicle to Springfield to have the transmission repaired. Since then, Eddie, the owner, has been consistently unresponsive regarding the status of the repair and has repeatedly failed to provide clear communication or any reasonable timeline for completion. Our experience has only become more frustrating. After requesting a rental vehicle while ours was being repaired, we were provided with an old Lincoln that was in unsafe and extremely poor condition. To make matters worse, Eddie had another customer drive my friend to pick up the rental vehicle, which was highly inappropriate and unprofessional. Adding to our concerns, Eddie previously encouraged us to leave positive reviews in exchange for incentives, which raises serious questions about the credibility of this business's online reputation. After waiting eight months with little to no meaningful communication, this entire experience has demonstrated a complete lack of un professionalism, accountability, and customer service. At this point, this business is fortunate that we have not pursued legal action to recover either the vehicle or the money we are owed. I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business here to think carefully before trusting this shop with their vehicle.

Would not recommend this place for car sales. If I could give less than 1 star I would. We called to confirm this place could accept our card for full payment bc we had planned to purchase the full amount today. They confirm they could do that so we drove 45 minutes to go check it out with full intentions on buying. It’s listed for $1995. Almost 200k miles, needs struts, tires, tire sensor and the rear AC Did not work but we were still willing to purchase. They asked again when we got there cash, card or check and we said card. They said thats fine. We drove it, came back and now the price out the door is 2800.. we walked and they followed us out to our car quite literally arguing why we should buy it for 2800 even though we said we would only be willing to do $2500 out the door due to the work it needs and high mileage. They eventually agreed. We walked in and then they said they can’t do the card payment.. they said they wanted cash. We walked out again because we did not bring that much cash with us and that again was not what we agreed. I went and got some money to be able to come back and do the deal we agreed on and when we came back this time the owner helped us. He said now he will not do $2500 out the door he will only do $2800 and cash in hand and we said that was not the agreed upon price or our deal and you guys said card payments were accepted when we called to confirm and when we got here. He said “well you don’t have to buy this car” and I said “you’re right I don’t. What the hell kind of place is this” and that apparently hurt the 5’2 little man’s feelings bc he said he won’t sell it to us anymore 🤷🏼‍♀️ 0/10 would not recommend Springfield auto mall. Not only do they not sell the cars for the price listed but they will go back on your deal in the middle of it. This was not a terrific car. It’s literally listed for less than $2000… paying outright for cars like that is very normal at dealers. This place is super sketchy and would not recommend doing business with them. We sat there for 3 hours trying to get this super simple deal done for what should have been pretty straight forward. The salesmen said he would just call his mom to come buy it or one of the other 600+ customers who visit his store daily. Extremely unprofessional. We made the mistake of not checking the reviews online. Apparently this is pretty common at this location but I’d like to get the word out there….
