I recently purchased a new Nissan Rogue from Green Nissan, and I truly couldn’t be happier with my experience! From start to finish, the entire team went above and beyond. My salesman, Jason Hines, was absolutely amazing. He was knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He answered all of my questions and made sure I felt confident every step of the way. What really stood out was that while I was meeting with Richard in finance, Jason helped move and clean all of my belongings out of my old car and into my new one. That level of care and service meant so much to me. Daniel, the manager, was also fantastic. He worked hard to ensure I was getting the best price possible and made me feel truly valued as a customer. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people, not just making a sale. Richard in finance made the paperwork process quick and easy. He explained everything clearly and made sure I understood all of my options without any pressure. I drove two hours later in the evening to purchase this vehicle, and they all stayed after closing to make sure I had the best experience possible. They truly work around your schedule and do what they can to meet your needs. This was hands down one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. We were in the market for a new car, We got in contact with Ty, told him what we were looking for and what we needed and he found us the perfect car! We absolutely love it! We did hit a few bumps in the road but Ty and Jeremy (finance manager) smoothed those over and got us what we needed! He really is great at what he does! He listens and communicates with you for everything u need! Jeremy the finance manager also did an amazing job making sure we were satisfied and understood what we were signing! Great experience here. Two years ago I came in with no car and not the best credit. I was honestly just looking when I met Ty. He was confident he could help me, and after going over the numbers and running everything, he got me into a vehicle that worked for me while I rebuilt my credit. Fast forward two years later, I came back and just purchased my new SUV and I could not be happier. The whole process was professional, efficient, and most importantly honest. That is very hard to find these days. While I was there, my mom was also shopping for a car and was about to buy one from another lot she had been dealing with for over a week. I told her to come to Green and at least talk to Ty while I was there. I left and came back, and she was purchasing a car there instead. She ended up with a car she liked more at a better deal with no fluff or pressure. If you are car shopping, go see Ty and just take the chance. I’ll never not shop with him.

I had a really great experience buying my car from Green Nissan. Ty was awesome to work with from start to finish. He was patient, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel pressured. What impressed me the most was how responsive he was, even after I had already bought the car. It's nice to know he genuinely cares about his customers and doesn't just disappear after the sale. Jeremy was also great and helped make sure everything was taken care of before I drove off. He made the final steps quick and easy, and I really appreciated that. I was assisted by Cameron during my journey to find a car. He was extremely helpful and assisted when trying to find exactly what I wanted and was not pushy when I told him I need to stay below a certain price. He was an absolute joy to work with 10/10 recommend working with Cameron!
