I will have to say that these people are truly professional. I've never been treated so nicely and respectfully from a car salesman and I have been through a few in the past. I didn't think I was going to be able to get a vehicle. But I drove out of that place with my own car. I thank the good Lord Jesus for the blessing and for these people because they are truly professional and honest.

**UPDATED REVIEW*** After writing the initial review based off an honest experience I attempted one more time to get ahold of the business. Upon finally getting ahold of someone they told me because of the review I wrote they would not sell either me or my husband a car. We explained that our review could be amended since they were finally able to be reached and they still refused to sell a vehicle due to an honest review that reflected poor communication with the business. The finance Manager Amanda was disrespectful and uncooperative and so was the General Manager Adam. If I could give this business zero stars I would. Go Ideal Autos on Dirksen they’ll work with you and are much more reasonable. Terrible customer service. I called both the Springfield location and the Quincy location to get information regarding what they need to purchase one of their cars. The Springfield location rang for 5 minutes straight, this was when it wasn’t disconnected. The Quincy location never had anyone to answer either. I called multiple times to both locations, at different times over the course of a week. I’m glad I didn’t buy a car because if something went wrong I’d never be able to get a hold of anyone.

I would NEVER Recommend this place to anyone even if things are tight with money. This place only sells junk cars. We bought a jeep from them awhile back, the jeep was shaking a lot of the high way. So we told them about it. They say thats just what jeeps do. So we complained again. Their mechanics there shouldn't even have jobs. They claimed we had a bad transmission on a vehicle we just bought from them so they replaced it. Well the shaking never stopped the continue to insist on saying its whay Jeeps do. Well Saturday we drove all the way to Springfield for nothing for them to not even do my husband's oil change, mind tou they were not busy at all. Didn't even have their service doors unlocked for customers. So I made a appointment at dodge in Jacksonville so my husband vehicles can be serviced by True Professional mechanics. Credit Auto pro says the shaking is just what jeeps do. Welp true good mechanics at Dodge gave us a estimate of almost 6 grand in issues. Bad struts clearly have been that way for a long time, bad front steering knuckle on both left and right. Outer and Inner Rods are shot, quick struts shot and 4 spark plugs need replaced. Now they found all of this just from changing the oil. Said that's causing out shaking and issues. Not a stable vehicle. Yet credit auto pro Their machine never once said a thing let alone didnt notice. So im thinking they were hiding it the whole time. Pretty upsetting. I will never take business to them again. They need mechanics that know whay they are doing. Im so thankful for dodge in Jacksonville for their honesty. Even they agree it was sold to us in bought shape. This is all on a Jeep they claimed was Fully inspected when sold to us. Definitely was not

⭐ 1-Star Review I bought a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica from here less than a month ago. It’s already needed to be towed FOUR times—and this last one could have seriously hurt someone. I was told this vehicle had been “fully inspected” and “safe for the kids.” That’s a bold lie. After hearing a faint noise and pulling over to check, I found a major suspension failure—again. Upon closer inspection, it appears bushings were never even installed where they should’ve been. That’s not wear and tear. That’s neglect. This isn’t a minor oversight. This is life-threatening negligence. Imagine a front wheel separating while your child is in the car. That’s what I’m dealing with. And again, this was supposed to be fixed just a couple weeks ago. The photos speak for themselves. The ball joint separated. The tie rod connection was unsafe, and bushings that should’ve prevented movement were nowhere to be found. This experience has cost me time, money, and peace of mind. And I haven’t even gotten an apology—let alone a refund, repair credit, or accountability. I’m not asking for perfection. I’m asking for honesty, safety, and basic mechanical responsibility. If your shop says a vehicle was inspected and ready for the road, make sure that claim is true. Because this time, you got caught. Oh also will be filing a complaint with the attorney general as well

Where do I start, my wife tried for two weeks to get a hold of these people. At times the phone would just ring non stop, it would have a disconnect tone, and when there was the option for finance or sales they never answered. After several attempts she wrote an honest review regarding her experience with this business and the business's poor communication. Fast forward to today, she is finally able to reach someone. During her communication with both the General Manager Adam and Finance Manager Amanda they chose to refuse me a sale due to my wife's review. My wife offered to bring her phone in so they could verify here claims that their phone systems were faulty and they refused to let her show why she wrote her review the way she did. A review that my wife offered to amend if the problem was to be resolved. Now if I had bought a car from here and something went wrong, as a prospective customer that lack of ability to reach them is a concerning factor. But after I was refused a sale at Credit Pro of Springfield I went to Ideal Auto on Dirksen Parkway and they were very polite and reasonable. I’m glad I didn’t buy a car for Credit Pro in Springfield if this is how they treat people.
