Go see Reese you wont be disappointed!! Lived 900 miles away and needed a new vehicle fast contacted Uftring close to closing and Reese was very helpful in getting me information and photos of the vehicle I already had in mind that night; he never persuaded or questioned me on my decision which meant a lot since I had been at many other dealerships across IL/IA that were trying to tell me what vehicle better suited me. Reese was very friendly and efficient in getting the vehicle ready and paperwork completed so I could for sure leave with a new vehicle. Everyone I worked with at Uftring was friendly, nice and knowledgeable! I was able to get my payment for my 2026 in the exact payment range I requested and did not feel like I was pressured to buy any packages etc. Uftring was overall a wonderful experience and I thank Reese for making all of process related to buying my vehicle easy! I definitely would buy again from here and refer others to this place if they are in the area!
I was not pressured at all to make a purchase. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They made sure I was aware of all processes and even assisted me with learning my new vehicle since I was going from a 10+ year old car to a brand new one. Would definitely recommend.
