I bought a 2011 gt mustang and Dana & John made everything smooth and easy. I came in with my one year old took look and John was informative and quick with the expediting the sale. Dana helped with books and distractions for my son. I was happy with the end result. I think they could give a little more on price but yet they were still very competitive and beat many other lots. The quality of my purchase so far is nothing short of amazing.
Great experience! Chris was so transparent and helpful with the sale! Brett and Matt in finance got me a great rate and made the paperwork easy! We’re out of state so we did everything over the phone/mail and had our car shipped to us! I love my Mach E! Definitely give Chris Cochran a call if you’re looking for a transparent, experienced salesman!
Had one of the best experiences buying a vehicle here at Uftring Ford. Traveled a few hours for a specific used vehicle, and was greeted by a very lovely salesperson, Jazmin. Allowed me to do a pressure free test drive, and the negotiation process was also straightforward and to the point. Finance Manager, Matt, was a real friendly and knowledgeable guy to work with on the deal. Gave me a fair market trade in price on my old vehicle, and they even replaced a tire on my new vehicle that had a bad patch. Can’t find this service in too many dealerships these days. GM Mike Bambrick even personally thanked me for the purchase. Highly recommend to purchase your next used or new vehicle from Uftring Ford absolutely!! They will make things right to keep you a happy customer!
Chad Allen is a top-notch salesman. He listened to what I was looking for and he bent over backwards to help me find the right vehicle at the right price. His attention to detail and focus on the customer was outstanding. I would recommend him to any of my friends.
Dane made my purchase a delight. He was respectful curious and I felt he wanted me to do what was best for me. When I returned to get the spare tire cover he helped me with settings in my car. Thank you Dane for all you help.
