Second Mercedes purchase from Carvana. First purchase was a 2017 C300 in 2019, and it was flawless in all aspects from online transactions to physically taking possession & making a trade-in of our 2012 E Class. Fast forward to our new car which arrived yesterday (6/13), a 2024 Mercedes C300 4-Matic with 1,400 miles on it. Beautiful vehicle, and the process was once again, flawless. Great way to buy a used vehicle. A really nice, cool part of our transaction was our driver, Davee C. She has been with the company three weeks, and was over the top polite, professional & fun to work with. She really was a great "face" for representing the company. Pros: Pay attention to market costs for a used vehicle, I checked every data point, and we got a great deal on the purchase price. We have had wonderful successes twice now in purchase & trade-in. We did not finance anything with either transaction, so I cannot speak about that. If you're paying "cash" it comes directly out of your account about three days before delivery. Seven day, no questions asked money-back return guarantee, less shipping if you paid for that. Cons: If you are trading your car in, Carvana will (obviously) not give you the offer you usually want. Ours was fair, but about 15-20% less than private party. Hey, they have to make money when they re-sell it. We got the deal on the front end, which was $12K under MSRP for a 2024 with 1,400 miles on it, so it was a wash for us really. If they deliver the vehicle, you'll have ample time to drive it, kick the tires etc. We have been very pleased with two purchases from all aspects.

Scammers. They had incorrect vehicle mileage info on the title (delivery driver took picture of the mileage and said it would be corrected), and the vehicle had a bad axle issue which was highly dangerous. We were originally told to take the car to their preferred auto shop (which was in a shady part of town) who then told us nothing was wrong! Then we took the car directly to the car manufacturer dealership shop and we had to pay a $300+ deductible to fix under warranty, and now they state because THEY put incorrect mileage info AND neglected to fix it with the title company they want the car back?? Zero stars, do not buy a car through this company, they WILL rip you off!

If I could give a 0 star I would. Drug me around for a week, asked for everything document under the sun, approved me for the auto loan, the less then 24 hrs before the delivery changed there minds because I don’t have a Cell phone bill. If you are shopping online for a car because you want a convenient experience, CARVANA IS NOT IT.
