The owner of this company, Robert Wallenfang, blew a red light going 25 miles an hour. Tried to lie about it. The police were able to watch the security video at the caterpillar building right there. Despite Robert saying that he had stopped at a green light looked both ways and then proceeded to make a right and that's how we got into the accident, what the police saw was what really happened. I was driving in the left lane when Robert ran the red light going approximately 25 miles an hour, smashed into the passenger side of my car, leaving it undrivable due to damage to the rim / tie rod not to mention the side of my car being completely destroyed. He did not report the accident to his insurance. Not even after the police told him that they saw what happened during this accident and that I was in no way shape or form at fault. I even took the median trying to avoid the accident. Now Robert has ignored both insurance companies for 5 days. I simply wanted my car fixed and loss of wages. I also require a rental while getting my car fixed and Robert has decided that I don't deserve that. He is a horrible man and I will be signing with an attorney this afternoon and I will personally be suing him for putting me through this as well as pursuing charges with the state of illinois. It is illegal to dodge your responsibility in an accident. He has to talk to his insurance company to get things going and he will not. He knows he needs to. He is laughing and thinking that this is funny while I am not only only a single mother, this is my only vehicle.
