World of Powersports (Decatur)

I had a great experience, mostly online and text. Did have one brief phone conversation on price and financing. Setup appointment, credit application filled out online so once we got to appointment we gave the machine a once over, then took it for a test drive. Came back in and Jordan introduced us to service department manager and he reviewed maintenance for the machine. Then it was on to the parts department and met Jason to discuss ordering specs of vehicle. Then signed paperwork with Jeremy. We were out of there in less than an hour. Price was best price within the distance I wanted to travel and the machine was exactly as described by Jordan. I traveled 2.5 hours and I was not disappointed. Thank you WOPS!

I had a great experience with World of Powersports in Decatur - it is one of the few times I have purchased anything through a salesman and felt good about the purchase - not like i was leaving money on the table. High marks to having their website up to date with inventory, and they delisted the Commander I bought the same day. Jason was super easy to deal with - you could tell he was quite busy - but still answered my questions quickly. The SxS was a good price to start, and we worked the deal out a few days before I could head to Decatur. I drove down from west of Minneapolis and saw the machine had a few scratches. WoP made it right - no questions. I received the replacement panels and some accessories I bought a week later. The trade of my old bike was super simple, they gave me a good price for a trade based on pictures i sent. And... they honored it when we arrived since the bike was really clean. World of Powersports is top on my list when I buy my next toys

Communication was clear, timely, and professional, which made the entire process smooth and fast. I really appreciate the effort he put into making sure everything was handled properly. Jeremy was awesome and wasted no time finalizing the purchase. It was the quickest & smoothest process ever. I would highly recommend World of Powersports. They have a huge selection and they treat their customers right.

Always a great experience shopping here. I’ve gotten two bikes here, and the staff has always been able to answer all my questions and make sure I get the best experience possible while buying or browsing. I just picked up a R9 from them and I can’t stress enough how pleasant it is working with them.

Huge inventory!! Almost overwhelming at first. Staff where very friendly and helpful, found a bike style I've been dreaming of having since I was teenager!! Riding the different bikes where fun and exciting, Do not have them service your stuff, took my bike in for its first oil change and inspection, bolts, chain. They didn't do any of that or have my right side hand guard properly installed that I asked and they wrote down, they did an oil change and thats it, I had to tighten my chain, and I have a bolt missing on my luggage rack. So almost $300 for an oil change.
