I just recently got my first Jeep Cherokee from them and they are just the best people the people that own it the mechanics everything they take very good care of me I said would suggest anybody to go there and get a vehicle

We bought a van here September 20 of 2025. They made us by a warranty for this vehicle. The vehicle broke down 33 days after buying it we contacted them when we started having the problem to find out how the warranty work that they sold us. The warranty has been junk. They said they would cover and then now they decided they would not cover anything because of how much it was going to cost to be fixed and all the car lot could tell me as well. We’ll call them and see what we can get done. I’ve now had to pay two payments Since the vehicle has been broke down. We still have no answer answers nothing figured out. So now I’m stuck with a repo on my credit because we’re so upside down. I can’t trade it in and I’m having to buy yet another vehicle. I would not recommend this car lot to my worst enemy. I have always dealt with small lots because I feel like the small business man deserves someone’s business. This lot does not deserve a penny from anyone it makes me sick to think that they will take advantage of people sell a vehicle that breaks down after 33 days needing a new engine and all they can say is well we tried talking to the warranty. We’ve never had any problems, but they won’t stand behind the vehicle they sold

I was given the runaround on a car that I really wanted. One of the men told me one price and then the other told me a different price. I was wanting to buy the car as is for a good price just because I have my mechanic working on it and one guy told me that I could then I turn around and I’m getting told other things. Everytime I went up there they always said to come back at a certain time and I did and got turned around everytime. Very unprofessional, communication skills 0/10, very rude. Would not go back to buy from them ever again.

I would not recommend this place at all. I bought a vehicle in August of 2025 and it has cost me almost 3k in repairs they don't go through the vehicle's like they claim and I wouldn't take it back for any repairs on their dime because they have mechanics that know nothing.
