We had an awesome experience with Miles Chevrolet! I was especially impressed with one of the sales managers, Jeff. I reached out on a Sunday (with Memorial Day the following Monday) because I was interested in purchasing a vehicle and wanted to see if they were open for the holiday. Monday was the only day my fiancé and I had available to make the trip together. I used the online chat service and Jeff quickly reached out via text to confirm their Memorial Day hours so we could make plans to head there first thing that morning. Since we were driving about an hour and 15 minutes, that communication made a huge difference and was greatly appreciated! Justin Floyd was our salesman and did an awesome job. I absolutely hate car shopping because I often feel like salespeople try to push a sale or pressure me into something I don’t really want. Justin was the complete opposite- he was laid back, patient, and let us take our time looking over the vehicle and doing our own thing without any pressure. When it came time to talk numbers, we were able to work something out after a little negotiation, and we left happy with the interest rate and payment we were aiming for. Overall, we are highly satisfied and would absolutely consider Miles Chevrolet again in the future. Thank you guys for all your help- we love our new ride! And our baby Kolbee, who’s on the way, will appreciate the wheels too. She’ll get to ride home from the hospital in style thanks to you all!

I was able to get in they had to keep it a co I ple of days but I understood that. Sydney, my service representative was very helpful and very friendly. I had my Chevy Equinox in for some questions about some warning lights. Everything was great! The appointment took place on time, the waiting area was very nice and I especially want to say that the service advisor that helped me, Blake Bourn, was excellent. He addressed all of my questions and concerns and overall made my visit very positive. If I need assistance with my vehicle again, I will definitely came back to Miles Chevrolet!

So we had an unfortunate incident with a different dealership hours from home pulling our 5th wheel to go camping. Luckily we were only miles away from Miles Chevrolet in Decatur. We limped into the service department mid-afternoon and the service team there was amazing. Thank you Bill, Caiyden and Zak. They immediately got us in and diagnosed the problem, even to the point that they were willing to stay late to get us back on the road. They ran into some other issues, so they had to order parts and they quickly got us a rental. That level of service when you are on the road and away from home can't be matched!!! Then to top it off when we picked up our truck Bill had left us a note. I can't tell you how much that means to my wife and I to know the level of care he put into this and assure us of our safety. Thank you Bill, it truly means a lot!!!
