I would strongly suggest if looking for a vehicle to give Jackson Ford a chance to earn your business. Matt Wildman is and was a fantastic salesperson to work with. Everyone at the dealership went above and beyond to make our buying experience the best we have had.

We have bought cars for years at Jackson Ford. We typically buy new but our last vehicle was used. Although mechanically sound, it had a couple issues only realized after we purchased the car that even our salesman, Matt Wildman, didn’t know existed. Matt and Jackson Ford took care of us as they ALWAYS do. I can’t tell you what a great job Matt and the entire sales and service team do and how appreciated they are. That’s why we go back to them every time we have a vehicle need and recommend them whole heartedly!

I drove 1hr.20min. To buy a new car my wife liked. Chad Smith (my salesman)worked tirelessly with Aaron Letz(business manager) to make the deal come together. Great people to work with! We'll worth the drive!

I recently had a very stressful experience with my 2020 Ford Transit at Jackson Ford. During my visit, I was informed that my vehicle—at only 88,000 miles—needed a full transmission replacement at a cost of over $12,000. Learning this was overwhelming, and the stress was compounded by what I felt was ineffective and unkind customer service. When I asked about possible other repair options (such as a rebuild vs full new replacement) or any kind of assistance as this is a 10r80 transmission, which it has been documented as having problems in other vehicles, I was told there were none and that the $12,000 replacement was my only path forward. After doing my own research, I discovered Ford Goodwill Assistance and contacted Ford Customer Care myself. I was able to secure $5,000 in assistance—something the dealership never mentioned. During this same time, I also obtained quotes from two other Ford dealerships, which came in lower—one at $10,000 and another just over $9,000. This raised serious concerns for me about the accuracy and fairness of the original quote, and I ultimately decided I did not feel confident having such a major repair performed at this location. The situation worsened when I arranged to have my vehicle towed to a private transmission shop. I called ahead that morning and was told everything was “good to go.” However, when the tow truck arrived, I was suddenly told by another employee that I owed over $400 for diagnostics and that my vehicle would not be released until I paid. This was the first time I had heard about this charge. When I asked questions to understand the bill, the service representative, Marty, became increasingly agitated, raised his voice, and ultimately hung up on me. Following that call I learned my tow truck had been turned away. I had to arrange for the tow truck to return and pay the bill without receiving a clear explanation. I did contact the Service Manager at this location, and while he professionally addressed my concerns regarding the poor customer service I experienced, there was no feeling of resolution. I was relieved to find another transmission shop to complete the work, for half the original quote. But the experience left me feeling frustrated, upset, and with little confidence in the dealership. Major repairs are stressful enough, and I believe customers deserve transparency, professionalism, and respect—especially when dealing with such significant expenses. Unfortunately, my experience here did not reflect those values.

Stay away from them if your considering a ceramic coating. I should have known better when I purchased a vehicle from them and it looked like a blind guy cleaned it. I went and had my 2020 mustang ceramic coated. Now understand it was my fault that I didn't completely look the car over but when I got it home it looked Iike crap. Water spots ever where.. the idiot didn't even lift up the trunk and ceramic coating the part under it. The inside doors look like crap. No wonder it took this idiot 3 hours to do the job. At a tune of 1395. Don't waste your money there the truly was my fault. Pay cheap get cheap work.
