Our Corolla was totalled in an accident, so we went to Crown Toyota to get a new Camry. What we were looking for was not on the lot, but Clyde Chapman sat down with us, discussed what we were looking for, and found us the right one, brought it in from Peoria, and he and the rest of the Crown team got us into the right car at the right price. This is our third Toyota purchased from Crown, and second Camry, over nearly 14 years. Great cars, great service, and an outstanding service center. We wouldn't dream of buying a car anywhere else.

With the expert help of Chris Davis at Crown, my wife and I found the perfect used Toyota RAV4 for us. Chris was always friendly, helpful and informative and there was never any "pressure" to complete the sale. Even after the sale, Chris helped out with questions and aided us in finding a used part we needed. I would highly recommend Chris when you are shopping for a vehicle.

I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with the service I have received over the last three weeks. What should have been a straightforward repair has turned into an exhausting and unacceptable experience. I originally brought my Camry in to have a specific issue repaired. While that original problem was fixed, your service department created a completely new problem during the repair process. Even more frustrating, despite bringing this to their attention, the new issue has still not been resolved. For the past three weeks, I have been inconvenienced by repeated trips to the dealership, lost time, disrupted schedules, and the stress of not having confidence that my vehicle is being properly repaired. I entrusted your dealership with my vehicle expecting professional workmanship and accountability. Instead, I have experienced poor quality repairs, ongoing problems, and a lack of resolution. It is unacceptable for a customer to leave with a vehicle that has a new issue caused by the dealership's own work. I should not have to continue returning to have mistakes corrected, especially when the problem did not exist before my vehicle was serviced. This experience has significantly damaged my trust in your dealership. I hope you will take this complaint seriously. You have lost a longtime customer.
